<title><![CDATA[Tidak Ada Istilah "Tarawih"]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Tulisan tentang tarawih ini hanya menggunakan sudut pandang hadis, yang disarikan dari buku <em>Hadis-Hadis Palsu Seputar Ramadhan</em> karya Prof. Dr KH Ali Mustafa Yaqub alias Kyai Duladi, Pengasuh Pesantren Luhur Ilmu Hadis Darus Sunnah, anggota komisi fatwa MUI, Imam Besar Masjid Istiqlal, Guru Besar Ilmu Hadis Institut Ilmu Alquran (IIQ) Jakarta, guru saya, “ayah intelekual” saya (semoga Allah selalu menjaganya)…</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Tidak Ada Istilah “Tarawih”</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Kata “tarawih” adalah bentuk plural dari kata “tarwihah”, yang secara kebahasaan memiliki arti “ mengistirahatkan” atau “duduk istirahat”. Maka dari sudut bahasa, salat tarawih adalah salat yang banyak istirahatnya. Kemudian, tarawih dalam nomenklatur Islam digunakan untuk menyebut salat sunah malam hari yang yang dilakukan hanya pada bulan Ramadan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Pada masa Rasul tidak ada istilah “salat tarawih”. Dalam hadis-hadisnya, Rasul tidak pernah menyebut kata itu. Dan kata yang digunakan adalah “qiyam ramadhan”. Tampaknya istilah “tarawih” muncul dari penuturan Aisyah, isteri Rasul. Seperti diriwayatkan oleh Imam Baihaqi, Aisyah mengatakan,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">“Nabi salat malam empat rakaat, kemudian <em>yatarawwahu</em> (istirahat). Kemudian kembali salat. Panjang sekali salatnya.”</p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Dalil Tarawih 20 Rakaat Lemah</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Di negeri kita, ada dua versi pelaksanaan salat tarawih, dua puluh rakaat dan delapan rakaat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Rumusan dalil yang menjadi dasar pelaksanaan tarawih duapuluh rakaat adalah hadis riwayat Imam Thabarani dan Imam Khatib Al-Baghdadi. Riwayat itu,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Ibnu Abas bertutur, “Pada bulan Ramadan, Nabi Muhammad salat dua puluh rakaat dan witir.”<a name="_ftnref1" href="#_ftn1"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[1]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Hadis di atas, seperti yang dituturkan oleh Imam Ibnu Hajar Al-Haitami dalam karyanya <em>Al-Fatawa al-Kubra al-Fiqhiyyah</em>, lemah sekali. Titik lemah hadis ini adalah pada salah satu periwayatnya (dalam rangkaian sanad hadis ini) yang bernama Abu Syaibah Ibrahim bin Utsman.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Menurut Imam Bukhari, para ulama tidak mau berkomentar tentang Abu Syaibah. Imam Tirmidzi menilai hadis Abu Syaibah <em>munkar</em>. Sedangkan Imam Nasai menilai <em>matruk</em>. Bahkan Imam Syu’bah menilai Abu Syaibah sebagai pendusta. Dalam disipln ilmu hadis, komentar-komentar miring seperti di atas memberikan implikasi yang bersangkutan jika meriwayatkan hadis, maka status hadis itu menjadi tidak valid.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Maka, hadis riwayat Ibnu Abas di atas dapat dikategorikan sebagai hadis palsu atau minimal <em>matruk </em>(semi palsu), karena ada rawi pendusta (Abu Syaibah) dalam rangkaian sanadnya. Pada gilirannya, hadis di atas tidak dapat dijadikan dalil untuk salat tarawih dua puluh rakaat. Dengan kata lain, apabila kita salat tarawih dua puluh rakaat atas dasar dalil hadis di atas, maka kita telah malakukan kekeliruan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Dalil Tarawih 8 Rakaat Juga Lemah</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Hadis yang diindikasikan sebagai dalil salat tarawih delapan rakaat adalah hadis yang disebutkan dalam kitab <em>Shahih IbnuHibban</em> sebagai berikut,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Jabir bin Abdullah berkata, “Ubay bin Ka’ab datang menghadap Nabi lalu berkata, “Rasul, tadi malam (bulan Ramadan) aku melakukan sesuatu.” Kata Nabi, “Apa itu?” Ubay menjawab, “Para wanita di rumahku tidak ada yang bisa baca Alquran. Mereka memintaku menjadi imam salat. Kemudian kami salat delapan rakaat ditambah witir.” Rasul diam saja mendegar penuturan Ubay. Jabir menganggap Nabi memperkenankan apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Ubay.<a name="_ftnref2" href="#_ftn2"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[2]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Kualitas hadis ini sangat lemah, sebab dalam rangkaian sanadnya terdapat salah seorang periwayat yang bernama Isa bin Jariyah. Menurut para ahli kritik hadis papan atas, seperti Imam Nasai dan Imam Ibnu Main, hadis-hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Isa bin Jariyah kualitasnya lemah. Imam Nasai menilai hadisnya <em>matruk</em> (palsu, karena diriwayatkan oleh pendusta). Hadis ini pun gugur sebagai dalil tarawih delapan rakaat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Ada juga hadis lain tentang salat tarawih delapan rakaat, bahkan lebih kongkrit dari hadis di atas, yang diriwayatkan oleh Ja’far bin Humaid dari Jabir bin Abdullah,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">“Nabi pernah mengimami kami salat pada satu malam Ramadan dengan delapan rakaat.”<a name="_ftnref3" href="#_ftn3"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[3]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Tapi sayang, hadis ini kualitasnya sama dengan hadis di atas, sebab hadis ini juga diriwayatkan oleh Isa bin Jariyah yang hadisnya dinilai <em>matruk</em> .</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Dengan demikian, dalil salat tarawih delapan rakaat tidak memiliki sandaran nash yang kuat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Hadis Shahih Ini Bukan Dalil Salat Tarawih</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Hadis Imam Bukhari dan lain-lain yang diriwayatkan oleh Aisyah di bawah ini kerap dijadikan dalil oleh sebagian kalangan yang menganut tarawih delapan rakaat,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Rasul tidak pernah salat lebih dari sebelas rakaat, baik pada bulan Ramadan atau selainnya. Beliau salat empat rakaat. Tak perlu ditanyakan lagi, betapa bagus dan panjang salatnya itu. Setelah salam, ia kembali salat empat rakaat. Setelah itu, ia mengakhiri dengan salat tiga rakaat. Aisyah bertanya, “Rasul, apakah Engkau tidur sebelum melaksanakan salat witir?” Jawab Rasul, “Aisyah, matakau boleh tidur. Tapi tidak dengan hatiku.”<a name="_ftnref4" href="#_ftn4"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[4]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Benarkan hadis itu merupakan dalil salat tarawih delapan rakaat?</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Pada hadis tersebut, Aisyah dengan gamblang menyatakan, Nabi tidak pernah salat lebih dari sebelas rakaat, baik pada bulan Ramadan maupun selainnya, alias sepanjang tahun. Salat yang dilakukan setiap malam sepanjang tahun, tentunya bukan salat tarawih. Sebab salat tarawih hanya dilaksanakan pada malam bulan Ramadan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Oleh karen itu, para ulama berpendapat, hadis Aisyah di atas berbicara tentang salat witir, bukan salat tarawih. Para ulama umumnya juga menempatkan hadis itu pada bab salat witir atau salat malam, bukan pada bab salat tarawih, seperti Al-Qadhi ‘Iyadh dan Imam Nawawi. Imam Ibnu Hajar juga menempatkan hadis di atas dalam konteks salat witir.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukhari, Muslim dan Abu Dauwd dari Aisyah di bawah ini bisa menjadi peneguh pendapat di atas,</p>
<blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Rasulullah salat malam tiga belas rakaat, terdiri dari salat witir dan dua rakaat fajar.<a name="_ftnref5" href="#_ftn5"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[5]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Tarawih Tidak Berorientasi Angka</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Justeru, hadis shahih tentang salat tarawih atau “qiyam Ramadan” tidak memberikan batasan jumlah rakaat yang pasti, tidak berorientasi sedikit atau banyaknya jumlah rakaat salat. Hadis tersebut diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukhari, yaitu,</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">“Siapa yang menjalankan “qiyam Ramadan” karena iman kepada Allah dan mengharap pahala kepada-Nya, maka dosa-dosanya yang telah lalu akan terampuni.”<a name="_ftnref6" href="#_ftn6"><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span><!--[if !supportFootnotes]--><span class="MsoFootnoteReference"><span style="font-size:12pt;">[6]</span></span><!--[endif]--></span></span></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;">Pada hadis itu, Nabi sama sekali tidak menyinggung bilangan rakaat salat apalagi membatasinya. Kuantitas bukan orientasi utama dalam salat tarawih, tapi yang mesti diutamakan adalah kualitas. Jadi, mau salat tarawih empat rakaat silakan, enam rakaat monggo, delapan rakaat tidak mengapa, dua puluh rakaat mbonten nopo-nopo, atau bahkan lima puluh, seratus dan seterusnya, dengan catatan tetap menjaga kualitas; ikhlas, khusu’, baik, dan sebagainya. <p>3. tilsett til slutt morrpølse skåret i tyne skiver.</p>

<p>Zubereitung</p>

<li>Salat putzen, trocknen, zupfen</li>
<li>Toast entrinden, 1. Zehe Knoblauch in Scheiben schneiden und beides mit wenig Butter bei schwacher Hitze anrösten</li>
<li>Eier trennen, Sardellenfilets klein hacken und in Schüssel mischen</li>
<li>2. Zehe Knoblauch hacken und mit Dijonsenf, Balsamico Zitronensaft und Worcestersauce mischen. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker hinzufügen und Eigelb-Sardellen-Mix vermengen. Olivenöl langsam hinzufügen bis eine cremige Soße entsteht</li>

<title><![CDATA[Inheritance politics locking out promising leaders]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>"The apple does not fall far from the tree," goes a well-known saying. For those in the dark, the proverb means that an offspring is likely to possess the same qualities as his/her parents.</p>
<p>In Kenya, we assume that guavas, lemons and bananas growing next to the apple tree will become apples. It is a twisted kind of political logic perfected by power brokers out to impose their will on voters. Unfortunately, the Kenyan voting public is complicit in its own subjugation to the wealthy elite.</p>
<p>Visionary leaders born outside the circle of prominent families cannot expect to achieve much in a political environment where political power is handed over from father to son, husband to wife, mother to daughter, etc ... Not surprising, then, that our so-called leaders are taking us down the path of failed statehood. As experience has shown in other parts of the world, inherited leadership does not owe anything to the people. Instead, it seeks to preserve itself at all costs.</p>
<p>Voters in Bomet and Sotik constituencies, in addition to several civic wards across the country, will go to the polls on September 25th. The Bomet and Sotik seats fell vacant following the deaths of their legislators in a plane crash several months ago.</p>

<p>In Bomet, a widow of the late Kipkalya Kones will run on the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party ticket, just like her husband. Meanwhile, an elder sister of the late Lorna Laboso, is taking up her sibling's place on an ODM ticket. ODM is the most popular party in both constituencies and the candidates are highly likely to sail to parliament.</p>
<p>Mrs Beatrice Cherono Kones will be running against Nick Salat of KANU. For many years, the Bomet parliamentary seat has changed hands between the Salat and Kones families. Nick Salat is a political inheritor from his father, the late Isaac Salat. Clearly, the two families have a monopoly of leadership abilities in Bomet.</p>
<p>Prior to the death of her husband, Beatrice was quite obscure. During Kipkalya's funeral, ODM leader, Prime Minister Raila Odinga, declared that, "the wife of a lion can also become a lion." The remarks were a direct endorsement of Beatrice due to Raila's popularity in the area.</p>
<p>But what does this mean for the people of Bomet and Sotik, and Kenyans in general? It means that these two newly minted politicians will owe their loyalties to their annointer. It also means that those constituencies will be dominated by these prominent families at the expense of hardworking ordinary people. It makes nonsense of the concept of equal opportunity for all. Incidentally, ODM ran on a platform of equality during last year's campaigns.</p>
<p>The happenings in Bomet and Sotik are a microcosm of Kenya's political elite, most of whom are inheritors. Prime Minister Raila Odinga inherited leadership of the Luo community from his father, the late Jaramogi Oginga Odinga. Both of Raila's deputies are inheritors: Uhuru Kenyatta is son of Kenya's first president, Jomo Kenyatta while Musalia Mudavadi inherited from the late Moses Mudavadi. Currently, Mudavadi is holding his late father's cabinet portfolio as Minister for Local Government.</p>
<p>Joseph Nyagah is son of the late Jeremiah Nyagah who was in Kenyatta's first cabinet after independence. Saboti legislator, Eugene Wamalwa is brother to former Vice President, the late Kijana Wamalwa. Oburu Odinga, Raila's brother, took over his father's Bondo seat after Raila decided to maintain his political base in Nairobi. Gideon Moi is the favorite son of ex president Daniel arap Moi.</p>
<p>Indeed, Kenya's politics are filled with the wives, sons and daughters of former legislators, former senators (Kenya had a senate in the early 1960s), army generals, top clergy and high ranking civil servants. For instance, we have the son of former Police Commissioner, the late Phillip Kilonzo, in parliament. Dr Julia Ojiambo's daughter, Josephine, is active in politics though in a different party.</p>
<p>Charity Ngilu joined politics thanks to connections made through her late husband, who was a government contractor. Naivasha politician, Jayne Kihara, was married to a former Member of Parliament for the area.</p>
<p>A second group of political inheritors consists of people not biologically related to their godfathers. For instance, President Kibaki was mentored by Jomo Kenyatta, while Kalonzo Musyoka and George Saitoti owe their positions to Moi's guidance. Najib Balala is a product of the late Shariff Nassir. William Ruto would be nothing today if it wasn't for Moi.</p>
<p>Most politicians in Luo Nyanza owe their positions to Raila Odinga's family. Dr James Orengo, Raphael Tuju, Dalmas Otieno and Professor Anyang' Nyongo have had to contend with this political reality at one time or another.</p>
<p>The ordinary man or woman born into a middle class or peasant family has little chance of getting to political leadership. However, Kenyans still have the power of the democratic vote, and should vote for people without looking at family background. There is no point voting for clueless people and then expecting rapid development overnight.</p>
<p>It is also obvious that the beneficiaries of inherited power are not ready to relinquish their priviledged status any time soon. Most of the presidential succession strategies being debated today revolve around which family will take over next. All the hype about "equitable distribution of resources" was really about "equitable distribution to political families". That explains why politicians from across the political divide are busy appointing their spouses and children to head state organizations.</p>
<p>With this standard of leadership, it will be impossible to achieve Vision 2100, let alone Vision 2030. Ordinary Kenyans are hardworking, creative people. They should get equal chances to prove their worth.</p>

Actually its not just a website its an amazing world along with a portal to understand and learn the " Quraan ". Quraan explorer is an on-line Quraan recitation which allow you to listen to the full Quraan with a few great great well known reciters. Like Shiekh " Mashary Rashed ", " Saad El Ghamdi ", " Abdulbasit ", " Abdulrahman Sudais "," Soud Shouraim ", " Ahmed Bn Ajami ", " Al Huzaifi ". Not just listen to the Arabic reciter only but you can read also along as you listen as they will highlight each verse that is recited. Plus there is an English translation and an English reciter. Once the arabic " Sheikh " reciter finish a verse, after him the English audio translator starts. And it goes on like this every verse for the end of the " Surah ". Amazing isn't it? i know its just amazing. By the way its not just english translation no but there is also [ Deutsch, French, Malaysian, Indonesian, Turkish and Urdu. And the best part its freeware. Quran explorer is not just a Quraan reciter no but its also a quraan reciting tutor. It has video lessons to help you read Quraan with no problems plus how to read with " Tajweed " and how to memorize!. They explain also the meaning of " Quran ". Amazing amazing amazing isn't it?. <p>Die Dachterrasse hatte sagenhafte 25qm und einen Grill.</p>
<p>Wenn man innerhalb von 5 Tagen 4-mal grillt ... ist die Welt in Ordnung trotz sehr launischen Wetters.</p>
<p>Freunde meines lieben Freundes R-Punkt hatten Lust auf Hamburger und so kauften sie stolze 4Kg Hackfleisch ein.</p>
<p>Der Abend wurde mit Caipirinha eingeläutet.</p>
<p>Ich zauberte meine Spezialität – Tomatensalat mit Mozzarella auf den Tisch.</p>
<p>Als Garnitur obendrauf gab es frischen Schnittlauch plus Petersilie und dies unverhofft gefunden auf der Terrasse.</p>

<p>Jetzt gab es ein Transportproblem, diese Burger, von der Küche auf den Grill zu bringen.<br />
Doch es gab schlaue Köpfe die rauchten und fanden eine Lösung.<br />
Das Bügelbrett durfte dran glauben.</p>

<p>Normalerweise gibt es bei mir <del datetime="00">immer</del> selbstgemachte Mayonaise und der Salat <del datetime="00">muß</del> sollte mindestens 24 Stunden durchziehen. </p>
<p>Soviel Zeit und Lust hatte ich heute aber nicht</p>

<p>Das Rezept hier ist für den TM, geht aber auch im normalen Kochtopf! </p>
<p>2 Zwiebeln<br />
100 gr. Schinkenwürfel<br />
ca. 1 kg Kartoffeln<br />
1 Tl Salz<br />
Pfeffer<br />
2-3 El Kräuteressig (nach Geschmack)<br />
2-3 El Öl oder Butter<br />
500 ml Gemüsebrühe oder Hühnerbrühe oder<br />
Suppengrundstock und Wasser</p>
<p>Zwiebel im TM auf St.5 zerkleinern, runterschaben mit dem Öl/Butter und den Schinkenwürfeln 3 Min/St. 1/ Varoma andünsten. </p>
<p>Die Kartoffeln schälen und in Würfel oder dünne Scheiben schneiden. Die Kartoffeln in den Gareinsatz geben.<br />
Brühe, Salz und Pfeffer zugeben und 25 Min/Garaufsatz/ Rührstufe garen. </p>
<p>Dem Kochwasser 1 Tl Speisestärke zufügen- das verleiht dem Salat glanz! </p>
<p>Gegarte Kartoffeln in eine Schüssel füllen.<br />
Zu der restl. Brühe den Essig zugeben und auf St. 2 verrühren.<br />
Das Dressing über die Kartoffeln geben, etwas abkühlen lassen und dann vermischen.</p>
<p>Zum Würstchen gab es dann <a href="http://kochundbackoase.wordpress.com/2008/08/25/orangensenf/">Orangensenf</a> ... fruchtig scharf ... ich glaube, die ersten 14 Tage überlebt er nicht :-)</p>

<p>Agar waktu sholat pada aplikasi Salaat Time sesuai dengan tempat dimana berada, anda harus melakukan pengaturan waktu sholat, caranya adalah sebagai berikut: pilih opsi Options &#62; Prayer Settings, atau dengan menekan Ctrl + S, atau dengan memilih icon bergambar bola dunia atau icon bergambar kalkulator, atau dengan klik kanan kemudian langsung pilih opsi  Prayer Settings. Terdapat dua pengaturan yang harus dilakukan, pertama adalah pengatur penentuan lokasi dan pengaturan metode kalkulasi yang digunakan. Pada bagian [Location] anda dapat memilih di negara mana pada opsi [Countries] dan dikota apa pada opsi [Cities] kini anda berada. Pada bagian [Calculation Method] anda dapat menetukan metode kalkulasi apa yang digunakan untuk menentukan waktu sholat. Sepengetahun penulis untuk negara Indonesia dan kota Jakarta, setelah membandingkan dengan waktu sholat yang ada, metode kalkulasi yang tepat adalah Calculation Method University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi. Jika anda berada di negara atau kota yang lain, ada baiknya di awal anda juga membandingkan waktu sholat yang telah ada dengan metode kalkulasi yang tersedia, mana yang paling tepat, sehingga anda dapat lebih yakin akan ketepatannya. Setelah pengaturan selesai klik [OK].  </p>
<p>Selebihnya anda dapat mengatur hal-hal lain, antara lain: anda dapat menampilkan waktu sholat dalam 1 hari dengan memilih tab [Daily], 1 bulan dengan memilih tab [Monthly], dan 1 tahun dengan memilih tab [Yearly]. Pada ketiga pilihan tersebut terdapat 2 versi penanggalan yaitu masehi dan hijriah, sehingga lebih memudahkan anda, untuk melakukan pengaturan antara masehi dan hijriah anda cukup mengklik icon bergambar kalender yang terletak antara icon ka’bah dan speaker pada jendela utama. Anda juga dapat mendengarkan beberapa surat dan ayat pilihan pada menu [Quran], anda juga dapat menentukan arah kiblat dengan melihat gambar penunjuk arah pada bagian [Qiblah Direction] di jendela utama, disebalah kanan penunjuk arah terdapat gambar bertema islam, anda dapat mengubah-ubah gambar yang akan ditampilkan dengan mengklik pada gambar tersebut. Anda juga dapat mengexport waktu sholat ke dalam file berformat txt, pilih menu [File] &#62; [Export Prayer Times] kemudian tentukan format penaggalan yang akan digunakan dalam masehi atau hijriah, anda dapat membuat waktu sholat dalam waktu 1 bulan dan selama 1 tahun. Anda juga dapat mengatur suara adzan yang akan dipedengarkan disetiap waktu sholat pada menu [Options] &#62; [Preferences] di bagian (Audio Settings). Terdapat 2 pilihan untuk adzan shubuh dan 3 pilihan untuk adzan waktu sholat yang lainnya, anda juga dapat menggunakan file sound adzan yang lain jika anda memilikinya. Tilsett olje og kjør det til en glatt puré. Hell mosen i en bolle, rør i revet ost og smak til med salt og pepper. Pesto er godt til det meste på bufféen.</span></div>

<p>"When it comes to prayer, people are of five levels:</p>
<p>X The first is the level of the one who wrongs himself and is negligent.<br />
He does not do wudu properly, or pray at the right time or make sure he does all the necessary parts of prayer.</p>
<p>X The second is one who observes the outward essentials of prayer, prays<br />
On time and does wudu, but he has lost the battle against his own self and<br />
Is overwhelmed with waswaas (insinuations) .</p>
<p>X The third is one who observes the outward essentials of prayer, prays on<br />
Time and does wudu, and also strives against his own self and against<br />
Waswaas, but he is preoccupied with his struggle against his enemy<br />
(Shaytan), lest he steal from his prayer, so he is engaged in salah and<br />
Jihad at the same time.</p>
<p>X The fourth is one who when he stands up to pray, he fulfils all the<br />
Requirements of the prayer, and his heart is fully focused and alert lest he<br />
Omit anything, and his concern is to do the prayer properly and perfectly.<br />
His heart is deeply immersed in his prayer and worship of his Lord.</p>
<p>X The fifth is one who does all of that, but he takes his heart and places<br />
It before his Lord, looking at his Lord with his heart and focusing on Him,<br />
Filled with love and adoration, as if he is actually seeing Him. That<br />
Waswaas and those thoughts diminish, and the barriers between him and his Lord are lifted. The difference between the prayer of this person and the<br />
Prayer of anyone is else is greater than the difference between heaven and<br />
Earth. When this person prays, he is preoccupied with his Lord and content<br />
With Him.</p>
<p>The first type is punishable; the second is accountable; the third is<br />
Striving so he is not counted as a sinner; the fourth is rewarded and the<br />
Fifth is drawn close to his Lord, because he is one of those for whom prayer<br />
Is a source of joy. Whoever finds their joy in prayer in this life, will<br />
Find their joy in being close to Allah in the Hereafter, and will also find<br />
His joy in Allah in this world. Whoever finds his joy in Allah will be<br />
Content with everything, and whoever does not find his joy in Allah, will be<br />
Destroyed by his feelings of grief and regret for worldly matters."</p>

<p><strong>Zutaten:</strong><br />
4-5 Tomaten<br />
1 Bund Lauchzwiebeln<br />
5 hart gekochte Eier<br />
Salz, Pfeffer<br />
1 Becher saure Sahne<br />
4 EL Mayonnaise<br />
1 EL Senf<br />
Schnittlauch</p>
<p>Tomaten, Lauchzwiebeln und Eier in Scheiben schneiden und in eine flache Schale schichten. Jede Schicht salzen und pfeffern. Die saure Sahne mit der Mayonnaise und dem Senf verrühren und über den Salat geben. Dick mit klein geschnittenem Schnittlauch bedecken und 2 Stunden durchziehen lassen.</p>

Ich hab es mir mal auf der angegebenen Seite angeschaut: <a href="http://www.nutzpflanzenvielfalt.de/" target="_blank">http://www.nutzpflanzenvielfalt.de/</a><br />
Wenn man die Patenschaft für eine Pflanzensorte (in diesem Jahr eben Salat) übernehmen möchte, erhält man Saatgut. Ziel ist es, aus den Pflanzen neues Saatgut zu gewinnen, sowie die Sorten auf Eignung am jeweiligen Standort zu überprüfen, denn: "Die von den Sortenlisten längst gestrichenen alten Sorten, insbesondere die Regional- und Landsorten, stellen ein Stück Kulturgeschichte dar." Es geht hier letztlich um die Erhaltung der Vielfalt. Ich finde das nicht übel, denn ich habe mich schon oft gefragt, ob es so sinnig ist, auch bei den Samen immer nur dieselben Sorten zu erhalten, egal ob Tomaten oder Möhren.</p>

<p>Vielleicht lohnt es sich tatsächlich, über den Anbau regionaler Besonderheiten nachzudenken, um wieder mehr Vielfalt in die Gärten zu bringen.</p>

<p>Ich bin weit davon entfernt ein Ökofreak zu sein, aber das finde ich doch interessant und wollte es euch nicht vorenhalten.</p>
<p>Aber wer weiß, vielleicht kultiviert ihr ja schon längst regionstypisches Obst und Gemüse?</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mich amüsiert immer wieder welches Gsturi um den Erdäpfelsalat gemacht werden kann. Jeder hat sein über mehrere Generationen überliefertes Geheimrezept und meint eben nur dieses hätte den gloreichen Siegeszug über ganz Europa, was sage ich, die Welt gemacht.</p>
<p>Nein, mein Erdäpfelsalatgeheimnis werde ich für mich behalten, dafür verrate ich die <del datetime="00">aufwendige</del> Rezeptur eines recht erfrischenden Sommerkartoffelsalates, die aus einem <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/06/magazine/06food-t.html">amerikanischen Kochbuch</a> stammt und seinen Ursprung in Skandinavien sucht (über mehr geografische Ecken geht es wohl nicht mehr?). In diesem Buch steht übrigens auch, die Dille wurde zuerst in England 1600 n.Chr entdeckt, wikipedia erzählt, die Ägypter hätten das Kräutl schon 1500 v.Chr. in Verwendung. Eigentlich egal, wenn man als Frau bei der Hochzeit folgendes beachtet:</p>
<blockquote><p>Man solle sich als Braut etwas Dill und Senfkörner (Prinzessin auf der Erbse?) in die Brautschuhe legen und während der Trauung leise vor sich hin flüstern <em>„Ich habe Senf und Dill, mein Mann muss tun, was ich will“</em>, dann hat man die ganze Ehe die Schuhe an, sprich das Sagen. Also wer noch die Chance hat, es sich zu verbessern, soll seine Brautschuhe mindestens 1-2 Schuhgrößen größer kaufen und ordentlich von dem Zeugs hineinstopfen.</p></blockquote>
<p>Und weil der Rest des Gerichtes vor dem Hauptgericht fertig wurde, musste ein Frankfurter (Würstel) herhalten, das leider, so geht es einer Wurst die mit Dillschuhen aufwächst, ein wenig zu braun im Rohr vergessen wurde. Würde ich die braune Wurst politisch unkorrekt (warum ist dieses Wort eigentlich so schlimm?) so taufen, käme ein Aufschrei, daher heißt sie einfach Hans Wurst - weil eh schon alles wurst ist.</p>
<p><strong>Hans Wurst im skandinavischen Kartoffelsalat</strong></p>

Daher bitte festkochende Sorte kaufen)<br />
1/4 l Sauerrahm<br />
1 mittelgroße rote Zwiebel<br />
1 Handvoll Dillspitzen<br />
Salz. Pfeffer</p>
<p>Die Erdäpfel roh schälen und in gleichmäßige Würfel schneiden und im Salzwasser ca. 10 min. bissfest kochen. In der Zwischenzeit den Rahm in einer Schüssel mit Salz und Pfeffer cremig rühren. Dann die fertigen Kartoffelwürfel abseihen und noch heiß in den Rahm leeren und gleich vermischen. Dann die fein würfelig geschnittenen Zwiebel dazu geben, sowie die gehackte Dille. Nochmals gut durchmischen und wenn möglich 4 Stunden gut durchziehen lassen. Vor dem Servieren nochmals mischen und eventuell etwas Sauerrahm hinzugeben, wenn der Salat zu trocken ist.</p>

<p>Jeg har tidligere skrevet om Red Fusion Pico de Gallo spice mix fra Santa maria, i dag benyttet jeg meg av den igjen sammen med tomat, rød og grønn paprika og vårløk. Utrolig godt! I tillegg bestod matpakken av olivenbrød, ritzkjeks med skinke, og banan til dessert.</p>

<p>Da var det matpakke tid, og i dag hadde jeg følgende til lunsj: Potetsalat, varmrøkt laks, olivenbrød, limedressing og eplebiter. Mye mat i dag siden jeg også skulle trene, potetsalaten bestod av poteter, oliven, grønn og gul paprika, reddik og vårløk. Den varmrøkte laksen er kjøpt på ICA, veldig god forresten! Dressingen bestod av lime, eddik, olivenolje og krydder, og brødet (som burde vært grovere men som smakte veldig godt) kan jeg desverre ikke skryte på meg å ha bakt selv: det er kjøpt på Meny. Knallgod lunsj i dag, men så er jeg også svært glad i fisk.</p>

<p>Hier mal mein erster Blog-Eintrag und direkt ein, sofern man auf exotische Mischungen steht, leckeres Rezept. Das Originalrezept entstammt einem meiner Stamm-Irish-Pubs dem <a href="http://www.fritzpatricks.com/es/essen.html">Fritzpatrick's</a> und wird dort zur Zeit auf der Sommerkarte angeboten.</p>
<p>Ihr braucht für 2 Personen etwa</p>
<ul>
<li>eine Viertel Wassermelone (wenn möglich kernlos),</li>
<li>50 - 75 g nicht zu salzigen Schafskäse,</li>
<li>eine halbe rote Zwiebel,</li>
<li>ein halbes Bund Minze,</li>
<li>6 - 8 schwarze Oliven (nicht die in Essig eingelegten Dinger) und</li>
<li>Salz, Pfeffer, Öl (es bietet sich ein gutes Olivenöl an) und weißen Balsamicoessig.</li>
</ul>
<p>Zur Zubereitung:</p>
<p>Die Melone in gefällige Stücke schneiden, den Schafskäse zerbröckeln, die Zwiebel in sehr feine Würfel schneiden. Zu guter Letzt die Hälfte der Minze klein hacken und die Oliven in Ringe oder Stücke schneiden.</p>
<p>Nun gebt ihr alles in eine Schüssel und mischt es gut durch. Fügt noch eine Prise Salz und Pfeffer sowie einen kleinen Schuss Öl und Essig hinzu und mengt das ganze noch einmal durch.</p>
<p>Lasst nun das ganze noch für ca. eine halbe bis drei viertel Stunde ziehen, mischt es noch einmal durch und fügt die restliche Minze (die ihr erst kurz vorher grob hacken solltet) hinzu.</p>
<p>Voilala und fertig ist der Minz-Melonensalat mit Schafskäse und schwarzen Oliven.</p>
<p>Es sollten erst die einzelnen Komponenten ihr typisches Aroma entfalten um zum Schluss mit einem runden Gesamtgeschmack zusammen zufinden. Ich glaube Jamie Oliver würde diesen Effekt mit seiner typischen "Bäm"-Handbewegung und einer Geschmacksexplosion beschreiben.</p>

<li>Der Schafskäse sollte nicht zu streng nach Schaf schmecken ( das Problem hatten wir letztens, war nicht so angenehm) und nach Möglichkeit nicht zu lange in einer Salzlake gelegen haben;</li>
<li>das "on demand" Hacken der restlichen Minze ist wichtig, da sonst die ätherischen Öle verfliegen und die Minze nicht mehr nach viel schmeckt.</li>
