Cutie Honey

Vintage ecchi anyone? This 3 episode OVA of Cutie Honey was aired in 2004, a remake of its original OVA that was released way back in the nineties. Pity, I havent watch any of the original Cutie Honeys yet till now (not to mention the 1973 series) and this is my first one. I watched this anime not because its ecchi, sincerely I didnt know it was that ecchi at the first place - the main reason because it was a remake. Since I dont have any knowledge about the earlier series and I'm not sure whether I should watch them first to fully understand this OVA. There is not much information about Honey's background in this OVA, only a short glimpse of what happened to his father, Professor Kisaragi in the labs that they are working in.

Re : Cutie Honey is crazy anime (not so crazy like Excel Saga :D ) with a weird heroine cosplayer that is capable of changing or transforming herself into any costumes at any time. She has the Ai system in her, not artificial intelligence but 'Ai' in Japanese or LOVE. The bad thing is her costume will slowly vanish bit by bit after using up all her power and she has to stuff herself with tonnes of food to recharge herself back.

Her enemies also are wacky and weird ones, I noticed that mostly of the higher ranking foes have weird breasts. It is either their breasts are made of some funny material of they can be launched as a weapon and I think you all wouldn't want to see that. Fanservice is noticeable in all the three episodes, with Honey running and fighting naked with her bouncy breasts. The story is simple - Honey and another prototype android named Jill that were created based on the nanomachines technology (dont ask me what these are all about). Honey is more 'complete' compared to Jill, and they both were released when the laboratory was attacked by a secret organisation - The Panther Claw. Honey's creator of her father was killed by one of the Panther Claw's Four Gods - The Black Claw in the assault and Honey vows to seek revenge on her father's death since then. Throughout the story, she will be assisted by Inspector Aki Natsuko or Nat-chan and Hayami Seiji an undercover agent or known as Blue Agent. Seiji's job is to observe Honey's movement and he has to destroy her if she shows any sign of malfunction in her Ai system. The Panther Claw's Four Gods duty is to capture and bring back Honey to their master, Sister Jill. Jill needs certain powers from Honey that she doesnt have.

Re : Cutie Honey's animation is amazingly beautiful where all of its vintage strokes are preserved and presented with striking and abstract colors. Although the colors are bright, they are kept simple with monotones elements. It makes this anime fun to watch plus all the non-stop action and explosive scenes throughout the show. Highly recommended (if you dont mind the excessive ecchi scenes).

O longa é muito legal e extremamente mulher, quero dizer que a diretora do filme, Diane English ["Murphy Brown"], conseguiu colocar inúmeros fatores que caracterizam uma das criaturas mais complicadas do planeta, a mulher. O filme tem um humor sutil que deixa mais leve o enredo, que por sua vez é muito bem bolado.

No entanto, esse filme é um remake de "The Women" de 1939. Norma Shearer fazia o papel de Mary e Joan Crawford interpretou a  vendedora de perfumes Crystal Allen e  Sylvie foi interpretada por Rosalind Russell. The Women de 1939 é um longa metragem clássico e considerado uns dos melhores filmes de todos os tempos, foi dirigido pelo aclamado diretor George Cukor, que dirigiu também o famoso longa metragem My Fair Lady (1964) que fora indicado a 12 Oscars e ganhara 8 deles. Por tanto assistam a ambos os filmes. é uma boa pedida.

Não posso dizer se "The Women" 2008 é melhor que o de 1939, pois não assisti ao original, mas vou procurar assistir e em breve estarei postando uma crítica sobre "The Women" 1939.

Vale comentar a cena em que as quatro amigas começam a discutir ao lado do carro de uma delas, todas falam ao mesmo tempo, e quando acabam ela entram no carro sem precisarem esclarecer o que cada uma falou para outra. Exatamente como nós mulheres fazemos na vida real!

MGM has compiled most of the lead cast for its remake of the 1980 musical "Fame." Kristy Flores, Paul Iacono, Paul McGill, Naturi Naughton, Kay Panabaker, Kherington Payne, Collins Pennie, Walter Perez and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle have joined the ensemble.

Thomas Dekker ("Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles") also is in negotiations to take one of the remaining leads. And Debbie Allen, who played Lydia in the original, is rumored to be in line for a cameo, though not as the same character.

The studio is seeking actors for the adult roles.

Written by Allison Burnett and Aline Brosh McKenna, the $25 million redo will be directed by choreographer Kevin Tancharoen. Shooting is expected to begin late next month ahead of a September 25 release.

Much like in the Oscar-winning original, directed by Alan Parker, the story will track the failures and fortunes of super-ambitious young performers and their teachers as they navigate a school year at the prestigious High School for the Performing Arts in New York.

As a buoyant batch of relative unknowns in a brutal business, the new cast members mirror the stories of the musical's characters -- rising stars in a variety of artistic disciplines competing for respect and success.

Flores plays Rosie, a dancer; Iacano ("The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie") plays Neil, a filmmaker; McGill plays Kevin, a gay dancer; Naughton ("Notorious") plays Denise, a multitalented classical pianist; Panabaker ("CSI: Crime Scene Investigation") plays Jenny, an actor; Payne ("So You Think You Can Dance") plays Alice, a ballerina; Pennie ("Half Nelson") plays Malik, an artist; Perez ("Friday Night Lights") plays Victor, a musician; and Perez de Tagle ("Hannah Montana") plays Joy Moy. Dette er da den andre og øverste filmen av Martin Scorsese. Som sagt i forrige innlegg er han en av favorittregissørene mine. Generelt sett er Goodfellas og Taxi Driver regnet som de to beste filmene hans (henholdsvis 15. og 38. plass på top 250), og selv om begge disse er solide 9/10-filmer etter min mening, er det altså The Departed og Raging Bull som er mine favoritter.

The Departed har litt av et stjernelag på skuespillersiden, med litt eldre storheter som Nicholson (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Shining), Sheen (Apocalypse Now) og Baldwin (Glengarry Glen Ross), i tillegg til de yngre som DiCaprio (Blood Diamond, The Aviator), Damon (Good Will Hunting, The Bourne Identity) og Wahlberg (Boogie Nights).

The Departed handler om to unge menn i Boston's politiopplæring. Billy Costigan (DiCaprio) kommer fra dårlige kår, og blir valgt ut til å gå inn undercover. Politiet vil få has på Frank Costello (Nicholson), lederen av den irske mafiaen. Det de ikke vet, er at Colin Sullivan (Damon) også nettopp har blitt politimann, og hans lojalitet ligger hos Costello. Når så Sullivan blir satt opp til å lede gruppen som skal fange ham selv, og Costello ber han om å finne ut hvem muldvarpen i gjengen hans er, er det duket for forvirring og dobbeltspill med livet som innsats.

Først bør det vel nevnes at filmen er en remake av en trilogi fra Hong Kong, med navnet Infernal Affairs (den første). Den har en skare av fans som er rasende over den nye, dårlige versjonen. Jeg har sett begge to, og Infernal Affairs er en god film, men rett og slett ikke i nærheten av så bra som The Departed. Sånn ser i alle fall jeg det.

Scorsese er jo en mester innen sjangeren, og dette er toppen av kransekaka. En fantastisk historie, som aldri slutter å være spennende gjennom 2,5 time, som i tillegg har en slutt som slår pusten ut av deg. Det er vel kanskje slutten som har fått en del kritikk blant de som ikke liker filmen, men for meg fungerte det så det suste, og jeg syntes det var veldig passende i forhold til resten av filmen.

Skuespillet er det absolutt ingenting å si på. Absolutt en av Wahlbergs beste roller, og Nicholson passer utrolig godt som mafiasjef. Men de aller beste prestasjonen syns jeg DiCaprio gjør. Han tar virkelig steget inn som en kvalitetsskuespiller med denne filmen her.

Masse stilige kameraføringer, og ikke bare tradisjonelt. Er blandt annet noen kjappe kjøringer under dialogscener, som egentlig ikke er vanlig, men det brukes bra her. Apropos dialog, så er jo manuset glimrende. Føles veldig naturlig, men er samtidig "krydret" med allslags utrolig morsomme replikker, ofte levert av Wahlbergs karakter.

The Departed var den beste filmen jeg så på kino i 2006, og jeg så den i tillegg to ganger. Jeg er rimelig sikker på at dette kommer til å forbli en klassiker langt fram i tid. Den vant fire Oscar; Beste film, Beste regi, Beste klipp og Beste manus basert på annet materiale. Fire av de aller beste prisene å få, med andre ord. I tillegg ble Wahlberg nominert til Beste mannlige birolle, men vant ikke. På IMDb har den en rating på 8.5/10 med 187 156 stemme, og den er dermed på 45. plass på top 250.

That being said, I was a little shocked to hear Dylan is the father of Kelly’s child. I was expecting it to be Brandon, I think a lot of people were expecting that. I’ve always been a Brenda/Dylan shipper so to hear Kelly being with him just seems strange! So I absolutely love seeing Brenda’s struggle with telling Kelly to go for it and harbouring her own feelings for Dylan…even though she deletes his number, which isn’t the greatest option – he can always call her. But I guess this is her way of stopping contacting him, so if he contacts her, she’s not betraying Kelly…I really hope they plan on actually doing something with this, rather than simply leaving it as a throwback to old school 90210. (Please for the love of god, keep them in and don’t get rid of them, because I don’t think I can handle the young ones- they annoy me). And then she takes the cute teacher home in her passive-aggressive revenge on Kelly. Ooh I love me some Brenda!

What else happens in this episode? Not much as it tends to be severely boring, with the exception of Adrianna. Who’s in trouble following the school play debacle. Everyone thinks she’s on drugs, Dad the principal gets Boring-ass Annie to spy on her, so even though Adrianna and Annie make nice (as Annie convinces one of the talent scouts to invite Adrianna along to an audition), she then turns her back on her when she sees Annie talking to her dad.

And then runs off to her dealer to get more drugs.

I like her. She’s the only real character on this show for me. She’s flawed and screwed up, a product of her mother’s pushiness and the awkward teenage years after being an apparent child star (although I would have thought with the exploding tween market teens would be in great demand), and so she’s screwed up, manipulative and actually interesting and fun to watch. Annie is too sugary sweet and naïve, and not in a fun awkward naïve way, but in a serious we-need-to-market-this-to-the-righteous-group way. I do not like her and her manic over-acting. And spastic dance moves.

Mum Debbie is doing well at her photography job and scores as the second photographer for an upcoming fashion show. In a convoluted way, the kids all need to do essays? Or something along the lines of people they admire, and so both Annie and Dixon are helping her out, and Adrianna is dragged into it, and then basically the rest of the class as well. Is there no one else in all of LA they could have chosen? I hate convoluted plot points in order to bring all the action into one place. So Debbie does a brilliant job, until the sleazy talent scout starts hitting on Silver and wants to take her home and Dixon punches him and sleazy talent scout fires the photographers…..while Debbie’s scared she’ll lose her job, the Australian photographer (and I have no idea who he is either) says he’ll keep her over the talent guy. Or whoever he was. Does anyone even care about any of these characters? At all?

On the cuteness factor, Silver and Dixon are getting all cute and flirty. As Kelly takes baby Sammy to visit Dylan on his ranch, Silver gets the house to herself……hmm…I see this little love entanglement coming closer together without adult supervision…

And then we come to Naomi, who still can’t deal with her parent’s split and comes up with ridiculous methods in rode rot put them in a room together, expecting them to fall madly and deeply in love again. What happened to the smart, cynical and cool bitch from the first episode? Why ahs she been replaced with this stupid vapid doll? Naomi could have been so much better, like a Blair-lite, but she’s just….boring and empty. And don’t get me started on Ethan. Although he’s growing on me. Which really scares me.

Oh and Annie and Tye break up for good.

Does anyone still watch this ball of yarn? Please tell me it’s going to start improving soon. Can someone blow up the school or a car or something?

In case you don't know, I'll give you a really quick plot overview. A perky journalist lady and her cameraman are doing a late night feature on firemen. They follow a team of firemen out to an apartment building on a mysterious call... and it all goes to hell from there. This movie is indeed being remade as "Quarantine" in the US, but more on that later.

There will be some debate as to whether it's actually a zombie film or not. Yeaaaah they're not technically dead, but it has all your typical zombie movie traditions of claustrophobia, a disease that spreads through bites/scratches, and that pervasive feeling of dread throughout. If you really wanna argue about it, go for it... but it's at the very least a sub-genre connected to the zombie film.

So yes, it's a shaky cam POV film like Cloverfield, the Blair Witch Project, and Diary of the Dead. Out of those four, I'd say [Rec] and Diary of the Dead are the two worth watching (zombie bias? I think not!). Diary of the Dead uses the POV camera idea to make a statement about "the youtube generation" and how the internet is affecting the media, as well as society in general. [Rec] uses the POV camera idea to make you jump off the cushion and yell "get OUT of there!" as much as it possibly can. It's not high art, it's not well acted cinema, it's a movie that drags you into hell, leaving you there with the lights out. It's for people who enjoy the horror genre for the thrills more than anything else.

If you can stand subtitles in the least, do yourself a favor and find a copy of [Rec]. The dialog is pretty light throughout even if you aren't a subtitle fan... and hey, if you're REALLY not a subtitle fan, go see the american made Quarantine this week in theaters! 

Okay that was a cheap shot. Believe it or not, I'm not going to hammer on a movie I haven't seen yet. Sure, it kinda stinks that they're remaking a 2007 film in English in 2008. Yeah, from the preview it looks like an exact shot for shot redo of the first one. It's one of those "What's the point?" type reactions for me. I'm not going to complain unless I've seen it though. One thing I will complain about is when remakes tip very important scenes in the trailers. They really shouldn't show key shots and moments from the last 20 to 30 minutes of the film in horror film trailers. I think The Eye with Jessica Alba did the same thing. Now that I've said it you probably know what I'm talking about, but those who pay attention to the trailer may be less surprised by a quite surprising moment in the film. 

Maybe I'll throw some venom at the remake if I ever get around to seeing it. Fans of the original will give it a good smashing, but keep in mind that it will only bring a bigger audience to foreign horror in the long run. If the Gore Verbinski remake of The Ring didn't happen, the japanese horror craze probably wouldn't have taken off nearly as well as it did.

People like to say that Hollywood is low on ideas, but as long as they keep stealing ideas from other countries, they're pointing to where the good ideas are coming from, letting the real horror fans run out and get scared by some original, innovative filmmaking.

Here comes a mini rant!  

I know..., I cannot believe that Kath & Kim has been remade into an American version.  Kath & Kim is iconic and truly Australian in 'umour.  The comedy translates to us in the UK simply because the Australians share the same sarcastic, self depreciating humour that other parts of the World don't get.  And we love Australia.  But where's Sharon?  Everyone needs a Sharon!  

The only saving grace is that Gina Riley and Jane Turner are the Executive Producers for the show.  I just wish that they would make another Aussie series for us to watch.

Not another fucking remake of a movie that not only doesn't fucking NEED to be remade but fucking CAN'T be! It was one of a kind. Leave it fucking alone!

I thought about why someone would want to remake this movie. Why now? Is it because we're living in a time of war? Or because we're in a time of economic contraction? For the scarcity of sources? Because we need more cooperation on a global level?

I came to the conclusion that different themes will fulfill different needs for people at different time periods. History tends to repeat itself, so we crave the same themes after years of being without them. We have a need for reinvention of stories, even though sometimes (arguably usually) the remakes are not great, but the process of making them fulfills more for us than the film itself. I'm interested to see how Plan 9 From Outer Space turns out, and if people will even give it the time of day.

The casting audition sides for Stargate Universe characters are starting to emerge. These audition sides are not in context of the pilot of the new television series, which won’t start production until February 2009, but are apparently meant to determine character types and the actors’ ranges.

The three sides available thus far are for Tamara Johanson, Eli Hitchcock, and Jared Nash. Each actor will be reading from previous Stargate scripts, which have been somewhat modified for the auditions.

In the case of Tamara, the actor will be reading the part of Jennifer Keller from the Atlantis episodes “First Strike” and “Missing”. Like Keller, Tamara will be thrown into a medical leadership position before she is ready, but will also be required to show compassion and understanding. She will show the insecurity that Keller did in her conversation with Elizabeth Weir about taking over for the late Dr. Carson Beckett from “First Strike” and her distaste for local cuisine like Keller did in “Missing”. That time was also when Keller learned of Teyla’s romantic involvement with Kanaan.

Eli’s audition sides are Rodney McKay’s part from the SG-1 episode “Redemption” concerning Anubis’s attack on Earth through the Stargate. He converses with Carter about how to knock out the technology Anubis was using to bombard the Stargate. The actor will most likely face the same level of technobabble that David Hewlett faced in portraying a math and science genius, as well as demonstrate a rather acerbic, sarcastic attitude. The audition also includes McKay’s conversation with Carter in the infirmary about wanting to be a pianist to show a more affable side to the character.

The actor reading for Jared Nash’s role will audition from John Sheppard’s rescue-our-people balcony conversation with Elizabeth Weir from the Atlantis pilot “Rising”. Like Sheppard, Nash will be thrown into a military position of leadership. It isn’t clear, though, that Nash’s commander, Col. Everett Young, will face the same fate as Sheppard’s commanding officer, Col. Marshall Sumner. Additionally, Nash’s actor will have to read from Daniel’s part in the SG-1 series finale “Unending” where Daniel confronts Vala about her constant sexual solicitations and breaks down his wall of emotional self-protection.

All three characters are in the age range 20 to 25.

O Homem lobo, clássico filme de terror dos anos 40 terá um remake com Benicio Del Toro interpretando o mais célebre lobisomem do cinema, nosso querido Talbot. (que pode ser conferido aqui)... Eu não canso do tema, tenho um fascínio gritante pelas lendas de lobisomens e até estudei um bocado delas e já falei delas aqui também(no campo de busca ali em cima a direita escreva "lobisomem" se sua curiosidade foi atiçada). Mas -e sempre tem uma mas-, como eu disse não canso do assunto, e até tenho uma história de lobisomem que não sou bom o suficiente para terminar(isso é outra coisa)... eu planejei me aprofundar no assunto deste post, mas de súbito desisti da idéia por não acrescentar nada de novo ao assunto.

Ia falar o que ? A associação com a lua é moderna(exceto por uma única lenda antiga grega?

Infecção por mordida também é novo, a parada antigamente era maldição de família ou feitiço.

Na França, antes da licantropia*(termo que vem de Lycaon, rei da Arcadia, condenado por Zeus a tornar-se lobo) ser tratada como patologia houve período em que a caça aos lobisomens era permitida pelo rei(tamanho o número de casos).

Nada disso significaria alguma coisa para mim não fosse a maldição do lobisomem tão fascinante, justamente por mexer com o bem tentando - em vão-, subjulgar o bestial.

Balelas a parte, vou relaxar um pouco hoje. Comer o maravilhoso doce de abacaxi com o qual fui presenteado, assistir minha série favorita(atualmente/novamente Millennium) e ... tentar comprar o original de Wolf Man pela internet. Então, façam o mesmo, relaxem algumas horas por semana.

So the movie, sucked, it did, which is sad, because the first one was so great. Now, it so happens I have been doing some thinking on how the movie could have been made not to suck, and I believe I have come up with something. Of course this is all sadly after the fact - I very much doubt that Larry and Andy Wachowski will read this post and remake the movie. I mean, let's face it, nobody is reading my entries, let alone the Wachowski brothers (they are too busy speed racing and making movies about letters).

But I did promise you when starting this blog that I would be reducing ten percent of the world's problems, so consider this as an indication of my problem-solving powers. Enough preamble - here is the non-sucky solution:

See, the first Matrix was great because it created a world in which the reality we think we perceive is not really reality at all. It played with the whole idea of what reality is, and we, the audience, really liked that. So, instead of pointless punching, here is what they should have done. The Matrix Reloaded Sugar Pea Edition starts with the Neo/Morpheus gang deciding to upload a virus into the Matrix. The virus will prevent agents from entering the Matrix and allow them to begin the process of deprogramming the people of the Matrix world.

But what happens about 20-25 minutes into the movie (thank you Syd Field of Screenplay), is that the virus doesn't work as it should. The entire Matrix, with the gang caught in it, becomes destablized, and the characters begin to not know where they are and what is real. They get split up, some get killed, everything loses balance - thus recapturing the good stuff of the first Matrix. Then, at the second turning point of the movie, during which Neo is being subjected to a number of classical Greek mythology tortures (having his liver eaten away by vultures while he is tied to a rock, only to have it regrow the next day to be eaten again) - he wakes up in an insane asylum. The doctors tell him he has been there for five years, ever since his wife and daughter died in a car accident with him at the wheel, something like that. He has been there ranting about the Matrix for years until he was given a medication that apparently brought him out of his psychosis.

And then, of course, the viewer watches as Neo tries to figure out whether he is in the real world or not. Which it turns out (I will give it away) he is not.

There, done. Problem of the sucky Matrix sequel has been solved.

Notons tout d'abord que la rentrée de septembre 2008 est une rentrée de transition. En effet, la grève des scénaristes de la saison dernière a ralenti le processus de création et donc altéré l'approvisionnement des networks en matière première. Au final, on ne compte que 18 nouveaux programmes cette saison, un record historique. Dans le détail, il s'agit de 10 dramas, 4 sitcoms et 4 émissions de téléréalité. CBS et NBC sont les deux chaînes les plus pourvoyeuses avec un total de 5 nouveautés chacune tandis que ABC ne propose que 2 nouveaux shows. Fox et CW sont dans la moyenne avec 3 nouveaux programmes chacune.

D'un point de vue éditorial, cette rentrée se caractérise par une multiplication des adaptations de séries étrangères. Enhardis par le succès des versions US de "Ugly Betty", "The Office" ou des adaptations de formats de téléréalité (American Idol, Survivor, etc.), pressés par le temps pour cause de grève des scénaristes US et surtout soucieux de limiter les risques financiers, les networks misent sur des programmes internationaux, en majorité anglo-saxons, qui ont déjà fait leurs preuves. ABC parie sur "Life on Mars", l'adaptation d'un drama anglais où un policier d'aujourd'hui est projeté dans une brigade de 1973.

3 des 5 nouveautés de CBS sont des adaptations : les comédies "Worst week" et le drama "Eleventh Hour" ont été piochés dans les catalogues de la TV anglaise tandis que "The Ex-List" vient tout droit d'Israel; NBC adapte la sitcom australienne "Kath & Kim". Chez FOX, une seule adaptation cette saison avec le très physique et très japonais "Hole in the Wall" qu'on connait en France sous le nom de "Le Mur".

Les networks exploitent un autre filon pour limiter les prises de risques : les remakes de franchises ultra-connues. NBC ressort du garage K2000 avec "Knight Rider"tandis que The CW retourne dans les beaux quartiers de "Beverly Hills" avec "90210". Dans le même registre, NBC propose "Crusoe" tiré du livre de Daniel Defoe. Tous ces programmes ont une notoriété déjà installée, parfois une aura auprès du public cible. C'est autant de frais de marketing en moins pour construire leur identité.

En dépit du faible nombre de nouveautés, les networks doivent remplir leur grilles. La pression est donc cette annéee sur les séries existantes ou "returning shows". Parmi elles, les incontournables comme Les Experts (CSI) de CBS ou Grey's Anatomy et Desperate Housewives sur ABC. Les dirigeants des networks connaissent la fragilité du succès en télévision et sont soulagés de pouvoir compter sur ces shows pourvoyeurs d'audience.

Malheureusement, ils sont bien obligés cette saison de donner également une deuxième chance à des shows dont le succès l'an passé ne justifiait pas forcément une saison 2. Ces shows ont été interrompus par la grève en plein milieu de leur diffusion et remplacés par des émissions de téléréalité. Citons parmi ces rescapés Pushing Daisies sur ABC, Lipstick Jungle sur NBC ou Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles sur Fox. La tâche qui attend ces shows est particulièrement ardue : ils doivent faire leurs preuves alors qu'ils ne bénéficient ni de l'attrait de la nouveauté et ni d'un socle de fidèles. Mission impossible ? Les audiences disponibles aujourd'hui montrent que l'Histoire (et le public de la télévision) ne repasse pas les plats.

Le mercredi 1er octobre, ABC lançait les saisons 2 de Pushing Daisies, Private Practice et Dirty Sexy Money. Les 3 programmes ont connu des débuts tonitruants en septembre 2007 avec des audiences au-delà des 10 millions de téléspectateurs avant de reculer semaine après semaine. Private Practice le spin off de Grey's Anatomy a démarré à 14 millions d'individus et avant d'être par interrompu par la grève vers la mi-novembre 2007, il ne rassemblait que 8,5 millions de téléspectateurs. Des trois programmes, c'est celui qui a obtenu les meilleures audiences en 2007.

Le bilan de la soirée du 1er octobre 2008 est catastophique pour ABC avec une perte moyenne de près de la moitié des téléspecateurs d'une saison sur l'autre ! Private Practice a ainsi à peine retenu plus de 8 millions de téléspectateurs ce soir-là tandis que Pushing Daisies n'en enchantait que 6,3 millions. La magie ne fonctionne plus !

Au final, pas sûr que les networks américains puissent se contenter de limiter les risques et de rationaliser les coûts sans en payer le prix. Les deux séries qui semblent être promises à un bel avenir en cette rentrée 2008 sont The Mentalist sur CBS et Fringe sur FOX. Toutes deux sont deux créations originales.

Hoy ha salido el tan esperado (por mi, si ya lo se) teaser trailer de esta, la cual parece ser de las ultimas nuevas versiones de peliculas de terror orientales.

Y es algo extraño, primero que nada no parece un remake, hay personajes y situaciones que no tienen mucho que ver con la historia original, mas efectos y un toque mas sangriento; algo que si me saco de onda es que la hermana pequeña tenga algo mas de protagonismo (si ya vieron la pelicula, entenderan por que).

Esto tambien tiene sus cosas buenas, un remake basado en la pelicula original, que puede ser una buena version de una excelente pelicula; o algo que, aunque no tiene nada que ver se llama llamaba igual.

Aquí el trailer, y si, las chavitas salen en traje de baño en al menos 2 veces…
