L'obertura de portes més aviat pot entendre's com una obertura de finestres. Dels catalans diuen que no deixem entrar a casa nostra amb facilitat, però que quan deixes entrar-hi el qui vols aquest serà per sempre més un bon amic, o més ben dit, quelcom més que un amic, algú molt proper a la família. Aquesta reflexió me la va fer un bon company d'arrels extremenyes, amb els pares nascuts a Extremadura, residents a Ses Illes i ell fill de Ses Illes, i és d'aquelles coses que queden. D'aquelles reflexions que quan les escoltes et fan mirar cap a dins i acceptar la plena confirmació dels fets.

Convergència ens ha obert les portes de casa seva en un acte de salut democràtica però sobretot de bona voluntat i de confiança. La confiança de que el convidat arribarà, observarà i preguntarà alguna qüestió perquè és el que toca en la primera visita. A la comunitat catosfèrica ens han donat un vot de confiança, ens han donat la veu (que sortirà reflexada en el seguiment del Congrés), ens han organitzat una trobada impecable i ens han ensenyat la casa per dins. Es tracta doncs de ser agraït. Tal com comenta el compatriota Saül, d'altres formacions polítiques n'haurien de prendre nota.

Tal com exposava fa unes setmanes el més important d'aquesta trobada és haver rebut informació sense cap filtre i encara més, haver-nos fet escoltar (sobretot per boca de Gordillo i Vidal) i comunicar directament als líders polítics de la Federació que hi ha un ciberactivisme, una cibermilitància que no paga quotes, que existeix i es manifesta. Que vol ser escoltada i sobretot que vol respostes. Com molt bé diu Vidal: "... es tracta d'assumir la política 2.0 ..." i com millor complementa Gordillo: "... es tracta però, de no deixar de trepitjar el carrer i visitar els mercats ...".

Pel que fa a la taula rodona "política 2.0 i blocs"  m'agradaria sintetitzar-ho en unes breus qualificacions per cada una de les ponències-exposicions dels blocaires. Per ordre d'exposició:

1. Saül Gordillo. Fortament pedagògic.
2. Carme-Laura Gil. Intel·ligentment propera.
3. Marc Vidal. Calculadament provocador.
4. Carles Puigdemont. Marcadament polític 2.0.

Ja fa temps que entitats, com el mateix FCB, pengen els seus vídeos a la plataforma You Tube i d'uns mesos cap aquí, a casa nostra, els vídeos en els blocs i pàgines corporatives són eines força habituals. Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya i concretament les quatre candidatures que opten a la direcció del partit estan abarcant totes les eines disponibles a la xarxa; facebooks, twitters, flickrs, blocs, vimeos... Bé, en el post anterior ja confessava la meva predilecció per aquestes eines i encara més quan cauen en segons quines mans.

Fem una prova, a veure si endevines qui escriu això?: "m'indigna que a Múrcia xiulin l,Oleguer" o això, "fa molts dies que no veig cap pel.licula. Massa feina! Acabo d'arribar de Vic. hi ha gent magnífica a ERC", o això "Els sopars a Europa es fan a hores molt més raonables. Hem parlat de tot i en totes les llengües em sembla. Hem continuat treballant".

El temps s'ha reduït, és una mena de publireportatge, molt ben amanit i compte perquè hi ha algun company blocaire que no aguanta tot el minutatge, 4 minuts 39 segons. Diu que és massa per ell. Berikut ini cerita seorang aktivis hukum/HAM yang pernah melakukan investigasi mengenai Madi. Semoga bisa menambahkan kelengkapan informasi, perspektif dan sudut pandang.

Soal kasus Madi di Palu, dulunya (tahun 2005) saya bersama dengan teman-teman LPSHAM mengadvokasi kasus ini termasuk 9 orang pengikutnya yang saat ini divonis 5 s/d 9 thn.

Kasus Madi menjadi sesat ketika nama Madi di tambahkan "H" menjadi MaHdi sehingga dikatakan sesat. Tidak satupun fatwa atau sk dari Depag dan MUI tentang aliran ini sesat, ini hanya statemen polisi dalam memuluskan aksi pengejaran madi yang ditetapkan sebagai DPO kasus terbunuhnya 3 perwira polresta palu pada tgl. 25 Oktober 2005. hanya pernyataan Din Syamsuddin sat itu yang menambahkan huruf "H" menjadi mahdi.

Madi adalah pemuda dari desa yang terisolasi dan angat terbelakang karena diskriminasi pembangunan pemerintah. madi salah satunya pemuda terpelajar dari Dusun Salena, sempat kuliah di STAIN Datokaramah Palu. Karena ilmu di kampus yang dimiliki mulailah dia mengajarkan penduduk salena tentang ilmu-ilmu sosial dan agama. Karena dia dianggap terpelajar maka dia dipanggil sebagai guru oleh warga setempat. Ada beberapa keistimewaan Madi lainnya, dia mampu menyembuhkan orang yang diyakini oleh orang suku kaili sebagai ritual Balia, ritual adat menyembuhkan org sakit. Madi memang diakui oleh warga setempat bisa menyembuhkan warga yang sakit, tetapi halnya adalah memang akses warga atas pendidikan dan kesehatan yang murah menjadi barang mahal bagi warga yang akses ekonominya terbatas. Madi memberikan alternatif bagi kesulitan warga.

Untuk kasus 25 Oktober 2005, beradasrkan hasil investigasi teman-teman di LPSHAM, kami melihat bahwa ada pendekatan yang salah secara prosedural oleh polisi dalam menghadapi madi dan kelompoknya. Karena didatangi dengan sejumlah polisi yang berpakai seragam, senjata lengkap, madi menganggap dirinya akan diserang atau disangkakan kriminal. Warga yang bersama Madi kaget karena memang mereka sangat jarang berhadapan dengan peradaban luar (didatangi oleh orang luar dan berkomunikasi) apalagi warga salena tidak bisa berbahasa indonesia. Saat itulah terjadi bentrok antara madi dan pengikutnya dengan polisi dari Polresta Palu. Peristiwa itu menyebabkan tewasnya 3 orang perwira polresta palu (Kasat Intel dan Samapta) dan seorang lainnya luka. Dan seorang dari pengikut Madi juga tewas tertembak. selanjutnya 10 warga salena yang disangkakan sebagai pengikut madi tertangkap, LPSHAM yang mendampingi warga ditingkat penyidikan dan persidangan sampai pada tingkat kasasi baru baru ini. 8 warga divonis 9 tahun dan 1 warga divonis 5 tahun sedangkan yang satu lagi bebas klarena tidak terbukti. Fakta selama persiadangan ke-9 warga tsb tidak terbukti bersalah membunuh ke 3 perwira polisi, dia hanya dituduh ikut serta dimana pelaku utamanya Madi yang ditetapkan sebagai DPO pOlisi. dalam persidangan juga tidak diakui adanya keterangan bahwa mereka semua adalah pengikut ajaran sesat yang dipimpin oleh madi.

Selanjutnya pasca peristiwa 25 Oktober 2005, respon pemerintah yang seakan-akan memang betul madi dan pengikutnya penganut aliran sesat, Dari Depag dan MUI kemudian membuat program dakwa, mengislamkan orang-orang salena. sebuah tindakan yang sesat tentunya cara-cara pemerintah seperti ini.... Listrik dan infrastruktrur jalan mulai diperbaiki karena di salena proyek desa tertinggal juga ternyata dikorupsi.

Saat proses penyidikan di Mapolda Sulteng, 10 orang warga salena yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka disiksa oleh polisi. Kami saat LPSHAM mengadvokasi kasus penyiksaan ini kemudian Kapolda saat itu memerntahkan propam polda sulteng utk memeriksa polisi yang melakukan penyiksaan. terbukti adanya dendam polisi kepada madi dan masyarakat salena.

Setelah 2,5 Tahun menjadi buron polisi, madi ditembak disalah satu gubuknya di perbukit an salena. Madi ditembak oleh satuan khsusus Densus 88 Polda Sulteng yang mengintai dia selama 4 hari. Bersama madi ditangkap 3 orang salah satunya perempuan (ibu dari pendi, ketua RT Salena) Kemarin teman-teman LPSHAM sdh mendampingi dan membebaskan 3 org warga salena yang ditangkap tsb.

Tentang penembakan madi, berdasrkan informasi dari teman-teman aktivis LSM dan wartawan yang berada di TKP setelah peristiwa, saya simpulkan beberapa keganjilan, diantaranya; Lokasi / TKP tidak diisolasi atau dipasangkan police line, secara prosedural, TKP harus diisolasi agar menghindari kerusakan barang bukti, dsb. Saya menduga kondisi ini dibiarkan agara penyelidikan terjadinya kesalahan prosedural polisi terhadap penembakan madi mengalami kesulitan atau validitasnya berkurang. Bhakan informasi yang berkembang, polisi memerintahkan untuk mebongkar gubuk-gubung warga salena yang berukuran 2x2 meter. kondisi ini juga terjadi saat peristiwa 25 oktober 2005, polisi membakar rumah-rumah warga salena, ini juga bukti kalau balas dendam.

Kondisi mayat Madi, menurut beberapa informasi, polisi melakukan pemberondongan. Keteragan dari LSM di palu menyatakan ada 30 peluru atau amunisi yang diberondongkan dan ditemukan 18 slongsong di TKP. Dugaan ini menurut saya bisa berkurang atau bertambah mengingat projectil bisa saja recoset (mantul). Informasi dari teman2 wartawan di palu, foto yang diperlihatlan oleh polisi ke mereka terlihat ada 5 luka yang diduga bekas tembakan. Namun juga wartawan melihat ada luka lain yang diduga bukan karena tembakan karena seperti luka sayatan. Saya berpendapat bahwa mungkin saja, tembakan ke tubuh Madi hanya melumpuhkan, luka sayatan lainnya ditubuh yang diduga sebagai bentuk penganiayaan. Kalo dugaan ini terjawab, polisi terbukti melakukan penyiksaan yang menyebabkan meninggalnya Madi.

Kasus Madi memang memunculkan kontroversial, paling tidak bagi warga di Palu. Tuduhan sesat seakan membenarkan tindakan brutal polisi terhadap warga miskin salena. Pasca Oktober 2005 begitu banyak informasi yang muncul lalu hilang begitu saja. Dari kalangan LSM dan Peneliti mengatakan di sekitar salena akan dibangun lapangan tembak (latihan) polisi, dikawasan salena ada potensi tambang dll.... tapi entah..... isu./info itu menghilang, mungkin akan muncul lagi karena madi tertembak, kasus salena hangat lagi.

Saya kira perlu satu tindakan untuk menelusuri kasus ini secara mendalam, misalnya investigasi. Dugaan-dugaan dari informasi yang ada saya kira perlu diperivikasi agar tidak menimbulkan anasir-anasir yang juga merugikan bagi madi dan warga salena. Yang paling penting memberikan pelajaran bahwa menyesatkan ajaran atau keyakinan orang lain tidak dibenarkan untuk melegalkan tindakan brutal. seperti yang dilakukan oleh polisi di Salena. ini hanya share dan usulan saja.

Kita tidak memiliki informasi apapun mengenai kelompok Madi dan kematiannya. Yang kita terima hanya versi resmi dari polisi. Media massa pun tampaknya tidak terlalu tertarik untuk menelusuri “kelompok yang dianggap tidak penting ini”.

Malam ini, dari milis AKKBB aku menerima sebuah posting mengenai peristiwa Madi menurut versi lain. Aku ikut prihatin dengan kekerasan-kekerasan yang terjadi di masyarakat.
“Membunuh satu manusia sama dengan membunuh seluruh manusia. Menyelamatkan satu manusia, sama dengan seluruh manusia.”

Pernyataan Sikap AMAN atas Kekerasan yang terjadi di Dusun Salena, Palu Sulawesi Tengah

Pada hari Minggu, 6 April 2008, Masyarakat Adat di Dusun Salena harus kembali mengosongkan desanya dan lari ke dalam hutan karena takut. Pengosongan desa ini di picu oleh tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan satuan elit Polri Detasemen Khusus 88 anti teror, yang menembak mati Madi karena dianggap melakukan tindakan kriminal dan menyebarkan ajaran sesat berdasarkan "fatwa" yang dikeluarkan Majelis Ulama Islam Sulawesi Tengah. Keluarnya fatwa tersebut disusul dengan publikasi yang ramai tentang adanya sekelompok penganut "ajaran sesat", di anggap telah memicu terjadinya tindakan kekerasan dan ancaman yang berlanjut terhadap masyarakat adat di Dusun Salena.

Berdasarkan informasi dari lapangan, Madi tewas diterjang peluru dan 1 orang bernama Asminah dinyatakan hilang. Sementara tiga orang warga Salena masih berada dalam tahanan Kanit III, Densus 88 POLDA Sulteng, yakni Ulmin (laki), Aminudin ( Laki) dan Sania (perempuan). Hingga kini belum diketahui berapa korban dalam aksi penyergapan. Karena selain korban jiwa, diperkirakan masih ada sejumlah korban luka tembak lainnya yang belum diketahui keberadaannya hingga kini.

Penanganan kasus Madi oleh Densus 88 anti teror ini, kami anggap terlalu berlebihan, karena Madi bukanlah seorang "teroris" yang menggunakan metode kekerasan dalam menjalankan keyakinannya. Madi adalah seorang guru silat biasa yang tidak merakit bom dan menenteng senjata organik. Sehingga tidak sepatutnya Densus 88 Anti Teror yang melakukan penangkapan secara langsung. Dan hingga hari ini, informasi tentang prosedur penembakan Madi masih menjadi misteri.

Menyikapi perkembangan situasi, terutama keprihatinan dan kekhawatiran akan makin buruknya kekerasan fisik maupun mental yang menimpa masyarakat adat dari Dusun Salena, Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara (AMAN) menyatakan:

1. Meminta Otoritas Agama-Agama besar dan segenap lapisan masyarakat serta media agar secara proaktif mendorong pulihnya situasi di Salena dan mencegah berkembangnya kekerasan oleh Negara maupun oleh kelompok masyarakat lain terhadap warga Dusun Salena melalui pemberitaan yang proporsional tentang situasi yang sesungguhnya;
2. Mendesak Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah untuk menjamin kebebasan mengekspresikan agama, kepercayaan, dan budaya/adat istiadat masyarakat adat, sepanjang tidak mengganggu hak asasi orang atau kelompok orang lain melalui tindakan pemaksaan dan atau kekerasan sebagaimana diatur dalam UUD 1945 dan UU No. 39 Tahun 1999 Tentang Hak Asasi Manusia;
3. Mendesak Pihak Kepolisian untuk Menjelaskan kepada masyarakat luas, alasan sesungguhnya penanganan kasus Madi oleh satuan elit Polri Detasemen Khusus 88 Anti Teror, dan kenapa terjadi penembakan?
4. Secara khusus, kami meminta KOMNASHAM untuk melakukan investigasi secara mendalam dan obyektif atas kasus ini.

Madí exposa fil per randa la seva visió de la Catalunya actual; societat, política, empresariat, i de la seva Catalunya futura. La "dolça decadència" és la metàfora que usa per descriure l'ara i el que pot ser el demà de la nostra nació. Sobiranista i liberal, s'autoanomena.

El Madí d'aprop no té pèls a la llengua, tampoc els té el Madí micro-en-mà que coneixem. Això és clar, et fa tenir pocs amics. És aquí on visualitzo la nul·la autocrítica de la feina feta per ell al capdavant de la imatge, campanya i comunicació de CiU els últims anys. A partir de conversa final amb el convidat i de diferents extractes del sopar, queda palès que les relacions amb ERC estàn desfetes per temps. Ell no és l'únic culpable, com en qualsevol relació s'hauria de conèixer l'opinió dels dos afectats i aleshores poder-ne treure les conclusions personals i transferibles que s'escaiguin. Tots dos tindran la seva part de culpa i també les seves raons. Ningú és innocent i cap dels dos és culpable del tot. L'evidència més clara i evident és que el que perd és el català mitjanet que veu com les seves il·lusions es difuminen entre dos partits amb un potencial enorme de creixement i que no han estat capaços d'entendre's. Ho dic jo, i vaig poder comprovar que era un sentiment estès en diverses persones assistents al sopar. Podent estar més a l'esquerra o més a la dreta, el desafecte, el desencant és gran. Per tal de crear dos espais ben definits, esquerra-dreta, el catalanisme en surt perdent i estic conveçut que és l'esquerra independentista i l'espanyolista les que han fet més per traçar una línia entre aquests dos blocs. La "dolça decadència" és la conseqüència de les decisions preses. I cadascú ha d'entonar el mea culpa.

Les eleccions generals seran la setmana vinent, el vot en blanc està en el meu cap, no paït, però força encanyonat. Compte! si baixa ERC i també CiU (i també PNV) poden treure's conclusions errònies. Des de Madrid poden dir que l'independentisme disminueix, los separatistas no se han movilizado. No!, la lectura ha de ser justament la contrària, i els partits d'aquí han de fer-ne aquesta lectura i netejar la roba bruta a casa, és a dir, en els propers Congressos respectius. Encara hi ha temps, de fet, sempre hi ha temps; però hi ha una generació que tot i assistir massivament a la manifestació de l'1-D, no està adormida, està profundament decebuda i realment cremada. Si es tarda massa temps a fer trempar a aquesta gent, potser que enlloc d'anar a votar el dia de les eleccions que siguin (Parlament, Generals, Municipals) anirem a fer una costellada i a fotre quatre xuts amb els críos. I aleshores, si que serem decadents. Estarem en plena decadència.

D'aquí dos díes podràs canviar un litre de gasolina per un bunyol. Avui, un litre de gasoil agrícola (defecte professional) val uns 0,7 € / litre i el bunyol es cotitza als esmentats 0,6 €.

Per això vull la independència... de la república de casa meva.

Nota del blocaire 1: invitat ja fa mesos pel blocaire Dessmond a assistir al sopar amb David Madí (Democràcia a sang freda). Reticències inicials, compro el llibre, el llegeixo, no em sorprèn, llàstima. Serem 32, de diverses ideologíes. Ens sorprendrà gratament als que en tenim una mala referència basada en el material públic de CiU i del llibre publicat?. Ho exposaré en un proper post. Dessmond ha fet una feina boníssima per tal d'aglutinar a moltes sensibilitats. Agraït.

Nota del blocaire 2: Un parell de blocaires de referència saben que tinc un apunt pendent titulat "Menys Madís i més Rulls", a partir de l'experiència en una xerrada-sopar de nadal de Josep Rull. Ja fa díes però, per tant m'espero a tenir més dades per una comparativa una mica més lleial.

Yep, that's our bed with MADI taking up half of my side of the bed.   She's starting early tonight. Usually she waits until sometime in the middle of the night, then somehow finds a way to take up the space where my legs should go in the bed.  Dave or I (or sometimes both of us) end up most nights scrunched up in a ball with no blankets.  It's great...

Anyway, reason #2 why I can't sleep?  SNOW.  Of course, we haven't gotten any in New Prague yet, but they keep talking about it on the news.  I keep watching various newscasts to see if they'll say anything different, like SHAKOPEE will be getting tons of snow, or something like that.  Because then I could look forward to sleeping in and would not have to drive the country roads 30 miles to work tomorrow.  The anticipation of snow days is greater when you become a teacher than when you're a student.  Not likely to happen tomorrow, but one can hope...

You may have noticed that I changed the name of the blog to "Baby Q."  It does have actual significance, so I'll explain.  Back in August, when Dave and I found out that we were going to have a baby, we decided to tell my grandparents and parents on my grandparent's 50th anniversary.  While we were all gathered in my grandpa's room at the nursing home, we shared the news.  My grandpa decided that day that the baby was to be known as "Quentin."  When the news leaked to other members of my dad's side of the family, the baby began to be known as "Baby Q" for short.  In November, we had our 20-week ultrasound just before Thanksgiving, and found out we were having a girl.  On Thanksgiving Day, we were able to spend some time with my grandpa (our last time seeing him when he recognized us and could converse with us) and share the exciting news with him.  He decided "Quentin" would just not work, so he came up with some other "Q" names like "Quintilla" and "Quintessa", along with some other wonderful suggestions.  Anyway, long story short, "Baby Q" is the nickname that's stuck throughout the pregnancy, and it seemed like a more exciting blog name than Baby Olsen.

Well, the news is over now and there's still no snow falling outside my window so (sigh), I guess it's time to push the dog over and go to bed...

Evangeline Miles has been a busy woman! In addition to building a network of stores across the grid, Evie has released a new gown, Romany's Kiss. Available in 3 colors, this gypsy-esque gown again features her hand created textures, full of depth and shine. The outfit comes with a corset and glitch pants, a 3-part prim skirt (a 2 piece solid underskirt paired with a sheer, flowy overlay), a prim belt, and prim armbands/sleeves. The depth of the color and amount of flex makes the dress seem silky, light as air, and are must-sees to get the full effect of the prim work.

I was thrilled and in heaven when Hart Larsson, owner and creator of PXL, provided me with review copies of Cloe. I also picked up demos of his other more recent works Linda and Crys. When tried on, you could see a definite evolution of his artistry.

Cloe comes in two skin tones, normal and tan. Within each skin tone, there are six offerings for lip color: Coffe, Dark, Natural, Passion, Pink, and Red. With each lip color, you get the choice of three eye shadow styles:01 (a natural, clean look), 02 (a mid-range, sort of smoky look), and 03 (dramatic, very smoky look). To make your choices a bit harder, each skin comes in a regular sheen and an oiled sheen for that “just out of the shower” look, if that’s your thing.

I have to tell you, I love the way Larsson drew the eyes. Beautifully shaped brows, not too thick, and just amazing eye make up. The photo-realistic skins are flawless, down to the beautifully soft stomach, belly button and little beauty mark there.

The only thing I would change is the lips. After trying on his other demos, I fell in love with his newer lips on Linda and Crys. Even so, these skins are quality and definitely worth checking out.

Cloe is offered at $1500L for one skin, with black brows. You can get either the normal or oiled finish. For $2200L, you can pick up a pack of both finishes.

When considering pricing, with Linda, for $1500L you get two skins of one make up option, one with brown and one with black brows, both in a normal skin tone.

With Crys, his newest release, you get an astounding four skins for $1500L, one make up option, with brown and black brows and each with or without freckles. It seems with his newer skins, you get his new and improved work AND more bang for your linden buck.

Regardless of your taste and preference for value, these skins are worth a trip to PXL Creations.

Check out the yummy stomach and cute bottom. The shading is soft, but not overdone, and just quite lovely. The naughty bits are well done. Nipples being photo realistic, "hair down there" being a slight whisp and well-groomed, and the rest being....let's just say anatomically correct.

Yes, yes, I know. I forgot to take my bra off in one of the shots! Having an aversion to being naked, even in my cute little pixelated body, I could not bring my self to go sans clothing. I thought of going back and trying to capture the exact pose, but as Kitty would say "I could not be arsed."

The skirt comes in 2 prim layers, a belt on the skirt layer and the top can be worn as a strapless gown, with the short-sleeved bolero or a long-sleeved bolero. For that extra, formal touch add the prim collar to either bolero. As usual, the hand-made textures are just spectacular.

Evie's newest holiday release is called Fantasia. Pictured below and clocking in at a whopping 177 prims, the four part skirt consists of a fabric underlayer, covered by another sheer layer, a short layer of leaf-like prims, and a belt of prim holly. The ensemble also comes with shorter glitch pants and skirt, a prim skirt with no holly for wear after the holidays, and a holly and berry prim attachment for the hair. You have to see the skirt on to see how they all move together. It's just lovely!

Next we have Devotion II. Receiving several requests for a recolor, Evie complied with the gown in a peacock blue, adding a cape that drapes from the shoulders. The ensemble comes with a prim headpiece, belt, skirt, cape and sleeves. For fans of the original Devotion gown, this one features a skirt that has a bit more shine to it.

Nightwish comes with 11 pieces, including prim skirt, sleeves, belt, pants and with prim pant legs. and a pair of matching butterfly wings. I like the way butterfly wings were used to form the top, giving a sexy little glimpse of the stomach. Chyrsalis is a strapless gown, textured in fall rich fall colors and comes with a prim skirt and sleeves.
