One of the fist things I noticed when I got inside the car was that it seemed to have more space than the previous models. There’s also a smart looking all black 2 level instrument panel which I really like. Once you've got the ignition on, the lower dash area lights up and the upper layer displays the digital speedometer. Really slick and very easy on the eye. The layout is smart, clean, functional and convenient. It’s also void of any distractions.

Being a family man I was looking at the 5 speed 4 door manual model with a 140bhp 1.8 liter engine. It seems as though electric windows are a standard feature now which is a nice touch. Other features and options worth a mention are electric door mirrors, front and rear air bags, side curtains, ABS and few other minor touches.

This is only a short review as I’m neither a professional critique nor a driver of all models but what I can say as an avid fan and owner of Honda Civics is that Honda has done us proud on this model.

The Hybrid, which is a class of its own, differs in a number of ways. Its engine is smaller to start with, but it has a big electric motor support it. The clever thing about the Hybrid motor is that charges itself, spending and saving fuel as the situations arise. The new Honda Civic Hybrid boasts an impressive 50 mpg and not at the expense of power either, as this clever design has the gas engine and electric motor working together in perfect harmony.

As always, Honda has brought out the Si which has a different engine to the standard models. I’ve not driven it but I’m assuming the performance of the Si will be as impressive as always.

In my opinion, Japanese cars have always been great all round value from money but for me, Honda rules. I’ve been lucky enough to have owned a total of 7 Honda cars now and haven’t encountered any serious problems for any of them.

Secretsundaze hat sich innerhalb der elektronischen Szene Londons binnen kürzester Zeit zum DEM Partyereigniss schlechthin entwickelt; kaum ein Event, dass im letzten Jahr mehr Aufsehen erlangt hat als das allwöchentliche Sonntagnachtspektakel, auf dem wiederholt solch illustre Gäste wie Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano & Carl Craig ein Gastspiel geben. Verantwortlich unter anderem James Priestley, den wir auf unserer Element mit einem DJ Set erwarten. Ausserdem ist Tolga Fidan mit einem fetten Live-Set mit dabei; Tolga releast gerne auf so wundervollen Labels wie Vakant und lässt es bei seinen Live Acts ganz gerne mal ordentlich krachen.

Für den elementaren und fast schon obligatorischen WUMMMS sorgen regelmäßig, und auch diesmal wieder, Sebastian Lutz und Matthias „Matt Star“ .

Wireless internet connection is a beautiful thing, we all know that. But it leads to a heavy duty addiction, people! Having a mobile phone with a w-lan function means that you keep pulling it out of your pocket every time you stop somewhere for a moment, screaming: “Look, I can catch 6 w-lan networks from here, 3 of them are open and so I can go on-line now for free, yeah, let’s check mail, let’s browse the web, this is so cool…” After about a half a year or so you do calm down and so a true addiction may not develop fully.

But, then you go with your van and your wife to a Croatian island to get four days of peace, nature and romance and in order to not be disturbed by anything or anybody, you pick the most remote and simple, unattractive, one-star-only camping site, with almost nobody around. Only to find out that even this camp is fully covered with a w-lan.

Hm. This was the devil’s trap.

We did bring our notebooks along just to have a couple of hours per day devoted to creativity, but with w-lan all around, suddenly there is this huge need to keep checking e-mails and internet (and update my blog) all the time and it all lead to ridiculous sights like this one:

Luckily enough, when the Nature saw this bizarre scene, it became furious and sent all the winds and the natural forces and spirits at us and it was no fun to sit outside with our laptops anymore. And we felt rather stupid to sit in the van with notebooks while the elements of nature were outside, waiting for us to play with them. So, we went out, laptops stayed in.

This time the Nature won, but who knows what comes next. Once everything will be covered with w-lan. Once we are all on-line non-stop, with the screens of our pocket computers projected on the inside of our sun glasses. Will we still talk? Will we still live? Will the virtual world become more attractive and alive than anything else? Perhaps the Second life will become the first one and this life will slowly be forgotten as an old fairy tale.

Da das Projekt sooooo geheim bzw. noch im Entstehen ist, kann ich hier momentan leider noch nichts zeigen geschweige denn sagen, aber es wird auf jeden Fall gut, wenn denn alles klappt.

I must give credit to Pastor Steve for giving us this lesson at element on Wednesday. It really hit me. Maybe it will help one of you!?

This is my Translation:

To me Hebrews 4:15, 16 is saying that Jesus, knows every single feeling that we have felt. Jesus was here on Earth, he was human, he was just like me and you. He was tempted, Jesus, felt Anger, Sadness, Happiness, and every emotions we could ever feel. Jesus knows what it is like.
Although Jesus did become human, and had the temptations and feeling he did not give into the Temptations and feeling, because Jesus was Perfect and Never Sinned. What it is trying to say, is that We can trust God, because Jesus is at his Right Side, sitting on the thrown, and knows what we go through, and will be there for us when no one else is.

1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add to banana mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Add nuts; mix well. Pour into 5 (2 x 4 x 8 inch) greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Turn onto foil.

La o prima analiza, dupa fragmentarea protonilor si quarkului, urmeaza inevitabil reversul cercetarii - reproducerea si/sau compunerea de noi structuri nucleice, acestea putand varia de la structuri cunoascute pana la unele... necunoscute, a caror particularitate si stabilitate urmeaza a fi descoperite.

Oprindu-ne la acesta ultima categorie, ea poate fi benefica in sensul aflarii a noi elmente cu proprietati uluitoare, novatoare ca duritate, punct de topire, radioactivitate..., insa nu trebuie sa ignoram si aspectul periculos pe care-l pot reprezenta aceste noi "retete".

Se vor putea astfel depasi actualele praguri ale radioactivitatii, aducand o amenintare din ce in ce mai mare odata cu implementarea lor in domeniul militar.
