Maka and Soul move on after having a little bout with Ragnarok, who will be dealt with by Krona. Funny scene because Krona looked like she was about to get stripped since her dress was pulled =/. Death the Kid pursues Free and Elka. He was stunned and felt Asura's madness before he dodges Free's Demoneye cannon. It is here that Death and Free fight! Problem is Free is immortal, so Death tried to find a way to lose him, even using his Resonance, which had no impact at all. Death ended up dodging all Free's attack until Black Star arrived with Tsubaki in Ninja Sword mode. With Death as backup, Black Star started to approach Free using Speed Mode, gaining alot of agility, forcing Free to dodge them eventhough he's immortal. Death kinda stops the support, to realise why Free would dodge Blackstar and not him. BlackStar also placed a cut but there was no sound to it, leading to the conclusion Free was an image. Death just walks straight into Free and Free's plan was foiled. Free was projecting his 3D magic while standing on Tadpole Jackson.Too bad for our heroes, they lost significant amounts of time.

Elka and Free arrive to the final room, where Asura is held. They open the gates to see many pylons with yellow seals.They walk further in. The focus falls on Elka who is scared shitless. She can feel something is wrong but can't see it. Rainbow coloured Asura eye things. And then before we know it, Asura has taken apart Elka, by eating her. Fresh Meat! Free is not aware of this until 'Elka' screams. Free comes back to see what's wrong, after peering under her hat, Asura comes to rip Free apart. Interesting that because Free is immortal yet it felt like he was dieing. IT WAS A LIE. Nothing happened, just the madness of Asura playing with their minds. Interesting though because at the end,Elka's holding a point at her throat and Free's has a guillotine restraint around his neck. This whole illusion thing reminds me of Genjutsu in Naruto. Anyway, they finally approach the skin bag Asura is contained in. Medusa's final step in her plan is about to be executed. What are our heroes gonna do?!?!

Next episode seems to be a very promising one, one full of action! Stein up against Medusa. Hardcore battle from the preview we've seen. Not sure what will happen with Free and Elka, Death, Blackstar and Maka. Guess we'll find out next episode.

Soul Eater is one of the best anime this year, it has reached more than 20 eps already and it still has future. At first, it was programed to have only 13 eps but guys! Everyone LOVE IT! Me included! This story has a good trama, humor and a lot of different stuff that will make you enjoy it! It also has a good quality of seiyuu's, being one to highlight: Mamoru Miyano aka Death The Kid! XD Ok, maybe is me just being a fangirl but he has a great voice and knows how to mix humor and seriousness when needed, just recall his job doing Ouran High School Host Club! + There is Maka, with her Maka Chop, which is amazing! xD Black Star and his greatness aka idioticity but whocares! The show is really amazing and the manga in on its ch 53! So don't miss this awesome peace of art!

Now talking something else, Bluish and I are back to classes so our missery is upon us... my classes are... ok i guess but i have TOO MANY acounting class related! x_x hate it!

A few things I don't understand. Why does Sid and Kniges have such a retarded Resonance, it's not like they can use to buff up and own everyone. It's very unrealistic. And then we had Sid coming back alive, eventhough Medusa's laboratory got completely blown to pieces. THen we had Shinigami-sama doing nothing whatso ever to save the city. Too laid back!! Stein knew Medusa was up to something but didn't try to prevent it or tell Shinigami-sama. Why don't you tell someone that a witch is hidden amongst Shibusen!! WHY!!!

And about the destruction of Shibusen, not that I like it. I thought the slicing of the candles was just interesting. Though not made of wax, they got sliced pretty easily, with the 3D animation keeping up. Though 3D isn't used at its best potential in Soul Eater, it's still a good input I guess. Soul Eater's look would have been so much different if it weren't for the 3D.

Next episode!! Can't wait for our heroes and Stein to get into action at the same time. It has always been in separate episodes!! Should be a killler of an episode. Can't wait!

Gintama!! - The Anime for anime fans ~

Don't be tricked by the first few episodes. By the time you reach 60 it'll definately be your favorite and you won't be able to deny it. It starts slow but when it picks up the pace you'll be going crazy for more.

Medusa is moving along her research on the Blackblood which seems to have dissapeared in Maka's body after she coughed it out a 2episodes ago. Stein has caught onto Medusa being an imposter, seizing the medice she issued to Maka. A stand down happened but nothing happened. Both parties knowing each other's intention, they did something!! Stein request Cid and Kniges to go in and find evidence, whilst Medusa tells Elka to retrieve a case. Bad things happen when Cid and Kniges get wiped out by bombs, after reading in a journal something is going to happen!!

I didn't pick up on what Nidd Hoggs said in the last episode, but he said something quite significant which popped up in Death's mind, prompting him to ask his dad. 'All for the greatest demon, closest to you all.' I'm just guessing its Soul, but it's still unclear. Shinigami sama hasn't disclosed any information. All very unknown at this stage.

I can't wait for the plot to keep progress. It's exciting. Humour came through again at good place, the stand off between Stein and Medusa, during the fight scene between Death and Chrona. Thoroughly enjoyed this episode.

Next episode goes back to Excalibur. I hope he's actually tied to the story, or he's just gonna be a filler character!! And I don't like that!!

Death the Kid and Patty had their moments too and introduced some facial distortions as well.

It really is hard for me to choose which Meister I like best, not counting the oldies since nobody beats Stein in my list. I'm debating between Death the Kid and Black Star. So far, in the manga, Black Star had more chances of showing his cool moves compared to Kid. But check out Kid's taijutsu next week, it might end up really awesome in the anime.

But with the weapons, I really like Death Scythe as a weapon and Tsubaki as a person. Tsubaki is on top of my list. Maybe Blair or Marie is more loved by fanboys but Tsubaki is enough for my tastes.

But an occasional view of Patty's twin hills ain't bad.

Is it just me, or there is something wrong with the shape formed by the Patty's rowing trail?

I wanna talk about Death and his 'impersonation' of his father. Death had a mask and some cloak,making him look like Shinigami sama. With in this mind, would you think Shinigamisama is human? All this time I've been thinking he's just a god, and that he just randomly made Death out of nothing (not natural means.) With the mask in mind, I hope we see Shinigami sama in human form!!

Favourite part of this episode must have been Death telling Patty to redo the rowing the boat into the ship, to the back rather than into its left side.

A few good shows have been released this year, but for me Soul Eater has to take the cake. The Manga started to come out regularly in Square Enix's Monthly Shōnen Gangan manga magazine on May 12 2004, but the anime adaption only started in April of this year. As always i'm always a little skeptical of a show when i see the style isn't your classic look, but now for the second time i've been proven wrong. The first time it was One Piece, (One piece was now become my all time favorite show), and now once again with Soul Eater. 

The story is about the lives of 7 students at the Shinigami Weapon Meister Vocational School (Shinigami Buki Shokunin Senmon Gakkō). These 7 are in 2 groups of 2, and 1 group of 3. Each of these groups contains a Meister (The weapon handler) and a weapon (Souls that can morph into weapons). The first group consists of Maka (Meister) and Soul Eater (Weapon - Demon Sythe). the second group of Black Star (Meister) and Tsubaki (Weapon - Ninja Weapons), and finally the group of 3, Death the Kid (Meister) and The Thompson sisters Paddy and Liz (Weapons - Demon Pistols).

The ultimate goal of the students with their weapons is to have their weapons defeat and eat the souls of ninety-nine evil humans and one witch, which will dramatically increase the power of the given weapon and thus be capable of being used by shinigami. In order to ensure this is done in a timely manner, all students and weapons attend classes regularly and are given homework or supplementary lessons to further their training. The meisters have a rating system that goes from one to three stars which usually measures soul energy. It is important that the meister and weapon can tune their "soul wavelength" to perform high level attacks and bring out the weapon's full power.

All in all a really great show, the animation is clean and the plot is both humorous and intriguing, a great watch for anime fans of all ages...

Excellent hands-on approach!!

But being a perfectionist he wants to create his own weapons.We first see him hunting down Master Thief Lupin but gets sidetracked due to Patty(younger sister - Thompson sisters) being out of line in the umm group attack pose.

His obsession with symmetry is as severe as it gets.His imperfection,the 3 stripes on his hair) as well as the Thompson sisters total unsymmetrical appearance annoys him to the extent he constantly calls himself a "trash-like being".

But needing to make two weapons means he needs 200 souls and he asks his dad to give him a mission which would give him a chance to scoop up some souls quickly.

LOL!! Its those ink smudges psycotherapists use on their patients!! XDDD

Originally meant for a 3 star soul technician,Kid goes to Egypt to do the "Relic of Anubis" mission.A witch has been resurrecting mummies and using them to kill humans.

Just before facing the mummies,Kid remembers about a painting in his room and is worried about it not being perfect(completely straight).

He leaves the sisters behind to face the mummies.Upon returning,he finds Patty and Liz in a compromising situation.

I normally don't feel excited about blood but then it involves a couple of gallons then can't help but go WOW!!

Its easy to spot that Kid's weakness is the inability to destroy anything perfect from the ensuing fight scene.It was entertaining nevertheless.
