Le phénomène américain a débarqué en France. L'exemple de Logica qui fait chanter ses salariés en play-back et diffuse le clip sur Internet.

Prenez un tube, ajoutez une centaine de salariés, choisissez comme décor les bureaux d'une entreprise, pimentez avec quelques accessoires…et le tout donne un Lipdub. Le terme vient des Etats-Unis. Comprenez "doubler les lèvres". Il s'agit tout simplement d'un clip tourné en entreprise. Les acteurs sont des salariés qui chantent en play-back une chanson à succès. Une fois tourné, puis monté, le clip est mis en ligne sur des sites de partage de vidéos comme Youtube ou Dailymotion.

En France, plusieurs entreprises se sont inspirées de ce concept américain. Les salariés d'AOL France, de Microsoft, d'Altran, de Guerlain et bien d'autres enchaînent des chorégraphies. Ces Lipdub sont visibles en ligne.

Renforcer la marque employeur
Denier en date en France : Logica France. La SSII qui a fusionné récemment avec quatre entreprises dont Unilog souhaitait faire connaître sa marque. Rien de mieux qu'un clip musical en ligne avec ses salariés. "Cela nous permet de montrer notre convivialité, nos valeurs, même si on ne danse pas toute la journée ! Nous avons une culture week-end. Nous organisons souvent des pots.", explique Amaury Houdart, le DRH. Pour montrer la réalité régionale de l'entreprise, Logica a sollicité quatre de ses centres de services : Rennes, Amiens, Rhône-Alpes et la Gironde.

Séduire des candidats
Faire connaître la culture d'entreprise est aussi un bon moyen d'attirer et de séduire de nouveaux candidats. "Logica prévoit 1900 embauches en 2008 dont 2/3 de jeunes diplômés. Or, ces derniers, une fois leur diplôme en poche, ont beaucoup de propositions de recrutement.", constate Amaury Houdart. La solution ? Multiplier les canaux de recrutements et aller là où se trouve les candidats : sur Internet, notamment sur les sites fréquentés par les jeunes (Second Life, Facebook, etc.). Ces clips musicaux prouvent que les salariés sont heureux au bureau."Même si l'employeur ne peut plus se permettre de raconter n'importe quoi. Les candidats ont un fort besoin d'authenticité.", ajoute Amaury Houdart.

Renforcer la cohésion d'équipe
Pour les salariés acteurs, middle managers compris, tous volontaires, cette expérience de Lipdub est aussi bénéfique. "L'esprit d'équipe est important. Tout comme la prise d'initiatives", précise Amaury Houdart. Mettre en scène un clip, choisir les accessoires, sélectionner les chansons.. Un moyen tout efficace qu'une formation sur la cohésion d'équipe.

Tapi katanya Bude gua (75'an tahun) sih, "Kalo mengandung error itu ya wajar2 aja, emangnya cuman ATM doang yang bisa error?!"

Maka aku makan siang bersama para anggota geng KeBuL (Kelompok Bujang Lapuak). Gak usah dibahas lah geng ini, gak penting. Namun sebenernya aku taunya lagu-lagu ya gara-gara suka gaul ama mereka juga sih. Sambil nunggu pesanan datang,  yang mereka bahas lagu-lagu ABBA. Haiaa... ketauan bangedsz ikutan terimbas dampak film Mamma Mia! tuh.

Kalau memilih lagu ABBA mana yang paling disukai atau paling hapal liriknya adalah perkara mudah, tergantung pribadi masing-masing. Tapi kalau diminta musyawarah untuk mufakat lagu ABBA mana paling "favorit" buat gengnya, ternyata tidaklah semudah cari warung saat paska lebaran seperti sekarang. Akhirnya mereka voting dan ternyata pemenangnya adalah lagu yang pernah ngetop tahun 1976 ini. Ok guys, see that girl, watch the scene and then the rest... terserraaaargh......

Nonton film Mamma Mia! menurutku bukan film dan bintang filmnya aja yang seru tapi juga nontonnya dan penontonnya.

Sejak dari beli karcis pun, udah terasa keanehan. Waktu mbaknya di loket nanya untuk berapa orang, saya jawab satu (biasa aja). Rasanya mbaknya spontan terheran-heran, bahkan sampai mengulang jawaban saya karena gak percaya: satu?? Lhah, saya malah jadi bengong n heran, apa saat ini nonton sendirian sudah dianggap perilaku yang menyimpang kah?

Mungkin karena merasa kesepian ditinggal rombongan para saudara nonton film Laskar Pelangi yang main duluan, aku pun iseng-iseng beli minuman dan makanan untuk bekal nonton. Aku merasa aneh sendiri karena selama ini aku tak pernah berbuat seiseng gini. Nonton ya nonton aja, ga pake plus-plus segala.

Yang pertama bikin aku tergeli-geli sendiri adalah prakiraanku kalo film ini bakal digemari eyang-eyang ternyata gak jauh-jauh amat melesetnya. Banyak penonton yang rambutnya sudah multi warna termasuk putih dan abu-abu. Ini belum termasuk penonton ibu-ibu yang pada pake kerudung. Waah... aku yang rambutnya masih hitam asli (tanpa semir ataopun cat pewarna sama sekali lho) langsung merasa muda belia.

Waktu masuk ruangan aja, kebetulan di depanku seorang ibu (aku ga bilang seorang nenek lho) nonton sendirian. Waktu beliau masuk ruangan aja, aku lihat kaki kanannya selalu kedepan duluan sepertinya nyari2 kalo ada sandungan atau anak tangga. Waah..... aku spontan tengok kiri-kanan, tapi gak liat satupun karyawan bioskop yang biasanya pake seragam. Mungkin lagi pada mudik kali ye. Yaah... meskipun aku belom merasa sebagai bloger sejati, tapi sedikit rasa keblogeranku untuk berbagi pun tak tertahankan. Terpaksalah aku tuntun ibu itu ke kursinya yang kebetulan duduknya di barisan agak depan dan pinggir. Mungkin emang rikuesnya gitu kali', biar gak susah2 naik keatas dan biar gak repot nyari2 posisi kursi sesuai karcisnya.

Waktu itu penonton sedang gak penuh banget. Saya taksir lebih dari 1/3 dari kapasitas ruangan. Sebelah kiriku seorang Ibu bersama putrinya yang katanya kelas 2 SMA. Aku gak tanyain apa doi anak bungsu, sulung ato tunggal, etc. Ibu inilah yang ngajariku dimana seharusnya makanan dan minuman yang kubeli tadi ditempatkan. Hueh heh heh... ndeso tenan aku. Tengqyu ya buu.. Ma(ng)kanya sebagai basa-basi ya ku ajukan pertanyaan2 standard, putrinya bu? kelas berapa? That's all.

Eh, ibu disebelah kiriku ini kayaknya hapal semua lagu2 ABBA deh. Jangan-jangan beliau member of ABBA-Holic kah? Secara remeng2 aku suka denger kalo pas ada lagu beliau kayaknya selalu ikutan nyanyi tuh.

Sebelah kananku masuk belakangan, dua orang tante-tante (biar terkesan lebih muda). Begitu duduk, yang disampingku dengan SKSD-nya, langsung curhat "Wah... mas, aku udah lama nggak nonton bioskop nih". Aku yang bawaannya pemalu, lugu dan kuper cuman bisa nyengir doang · :mrgreen: ·

Selain banyak pasutri yang rambutnya berwarna, ada juga beberapa nenek, eeh maaf... maksud saya ibu-ibu, dikawal ama pembantunya. Wah... bisa-bisa THRnya dobel plus plus tuh, udah mau gak mudik, masih mau adult escort service ke bioskop pulak! Begitulah sikon nonton Mamma Mia! waktu itu. Kebayang khan profil rata-rata penontonnya?! Yaah.... film Mamma Mia! juga telah bikin orang2 yang sudah lama sekali tak ke gedung bioskop jadi nonton kembali.

Bagaimana tentang filmnya sendiri? Ah aku khan termasuk orang2 yang tak begitu suka nonton bioskop, jadi rasanya gak pantes bikin review. Namun saya sempet shock pertama liat penampilan Meryl Streep yang dibenakku masih terbayang sosok top eksekutip nan anggun jelita yang kujuluki: Madame "Devil wears Prada", yang filmnya pernah dikastemisasi demi kepentingan iklan produk UC (Unified Communications) dari Microsoft itu. Tapi di film Mamma Mia! ini, sosok Meryl Streep njegleg-gleg bisa jadi perempuan tua mlarat, super kucel dan jelek abis gitu. Wuelleh...

Yang jelas, meskipun bukan film komedi ato lawak, namun dari start aku udah tergeli-geli terus sampe finish. Yang sering bikin geli adalah pemilihan lagu dan bagaiman cara ngepas-pasinnya, bahkan terkesan suka maksa yang amat menggelikan.

Saking tergeli-gelinya, waktu nonton itu aku udah nggak ngrasain lagi pas adegan nyanyi lagu ini apakah suara asli Meryl Streep, ato cover oleh penyanyi lain, ato suara rekaman ori-nya ABBA.

Dari awal film, udah terasa lokasi syuting film ini sedikit banyak terinspirasi oleh kehidupan vokalis ABBA yaitu Agnetha Fältskog yang menyendiri di pulau terpencil bersama anaknya yang ditengarai hasil (dot dot dot) dengan cowo  sesama personel ABBA yaitu Björn Ulvaeus.

Ud g2, tokohnya pun nyrempet2 pribadinya personel ABBA. Misalnya ada nenek badung. Ah, siapa lagi yang dimaksud kalo bukan Anni-Frid Lyngstad yang dikenal badung, orang tau at least punya 2 anak hasil (dot dot dot) sebelum menikah dengan Benny Andersson khan?

Band ABBA yang dibentuk Juni 1966 oleh  ~ Agnetha, Björn, Benny, Anni-Frid ~ ini pernah ngetop sejak awal2 era 70an bahkan sampai 80an tidak hanya di negara asalnya saja, Swedia. Misalnya, single lagu ini pernah dibawakan dalam Music for UNICEF Concert pada 9/1-1979 dalam rangka perayaan hari anak UNICEF banyak digandrungi juga oleh muda-mudi Indonesia 80an kala itu lho.

Eh, tapi jangan berharap bisa dengerin lagu ini full di film Mamma Mia! Kalo mau full, ya nontonnya dari sini saja lah.

A Gay's Day (2)

Ein Film von und mit Cara und Pinouch, zwei jungen französischen Filmemachern, leider "nur" auf französisch. Aber gesprochen wird wenig, dafür viel geile Handlung und Musik.

D'autre part, je me suis rendu, limite en courant à la sortie d'un DS de physique, à la fnac du coin pour me procurer le plus rapidement possible Ace attorney 3 (Phoenix Wright : Trials And Tribulations/Gyakuten saiban en japonais). Pour le rappel, cette série de jeux s'apparente au système des visual-novels dans lesquels il n'y a que du texte (ponctué par les animations des personages) et des choix à faire. D'ailleurs, si on le considère comme tel, on peut affirmer sans crainte qu'il s'agit des seuls visual-novel pros intégralement en français.

Pour en revenir directement aux jeux, ceux-ci nous mettent dans la peau (la plupart du temps) d'un avocat de la défense, dont le but est tantôt d'enquêter sur une affaire, via l'examination d'écrans fixes, l'interrogation de personnages tous plus loufoques les uns que les autres, et autres présentations de preuves... pour ensuite participer à un procès dont le but sera de défendre le client et démasquer le coupable, par le biais de contre-interrogatoires, en décelant les tics des témoins, etc...

Donc, pour en revenir à PW3, le fait est que le jeu ne semblait pas avoir envie de sortir en France de sitôt. Plus, PW4 était sorti avant lui ! Je désespérais de le voir sortir un jour dans nos contrées bien lointaines de l'archipel nippon. Aussi, lorsque j'appris par la bouche (disons plutôt par le message instantané sur MSN) de la sortie du l'article promis, je bondissais de joie, et moins d'une semaine plus tard, ou il y a deux jours, je me retrouvais en possession de la boîte.

Tout ça pour dire qu'après ces péripéties, je suis bien content d'y jouer enfin, et le jeu est génial (^^)b.
